:haha          I will admit, between the celtic brogues and the franglais it could be quite interesting, for sure!

Spain is overdue, and so is a Spain to Morocco leg as they did with the TAR3

I think that an entire race in Spain would be possible. I mean, there's plenty of different cultures in each region of the country, each leg could be completely different to the rest. I hope TAR visits Spain soon...

The same could be said about a lot of other countries as well.

Like India, China and Russia.

If they could go to Iceland, one of the most expensive countries in the world, Denmark is SO possible. I have been there multiple times, and there are so many wonderful locations. The pitstop could be a garden at one of the castles, or the little mermaid statue. Tasks could include things to do with vikings, lego (maybe build something out of lego at legoland) and there could also be some sort of boating challenge in Aarhus. There are many historical places to visit and so many things to do. Denmark would be perfect for a leg.

This leg would be pretty good for season 19, it includes some new countries and some visited ones too.

Leg 1: Chicago => Dublin (Ireland)
Leg 2: Dublin => Copenhagen (Denmark)
Leg 3: Copenhagen => Munich (Germany)
Leg 4: Munich => Johannesburg (SA)
Leg 5: Johannesburg (SA)
Leg 6: Johannesburg => Lagos (Nigeria)
Leg 7: Lagos => Kuwait City (Kuwait)
Leg 8: Kuwait City => Istanbul (Turkey)
Leg 9: Istanbul => Urumqi (China) => Ulan Baator (Mongolia)
Leg 10: Ulan Baator (Mongolia)
Leg 11: Ulan Baator => Osaka (Japan)
Leg 12: Osaka (Japan) => Guam (USA)

I doubt Lagos and Urumqi would be visited do the unrest there.

True, how about this?

Leg 1: Chicago => Dublin (Ireland)
Leg 2: Dublin => Copenhagen (Denmark)
Leg 3: Copenhagen => Munich (Germany)
Leg 4: Munich => Johannesburg (SA)
Leg 5: Johannesburg (SA)
Leg 6: Johannesburg => Antananarivo (Madagascar)
Leg 7: Antananarivo => Kuwait City (Kuwait)
Leg 8: Kuwait City => Istanbul (Turkey)
Leg 9: Istanbul =>  Ulan Baator (Mongolia)
Leg 10: Ulan Baator (Mongolia)
Leg 11: Ulan Baator => Osaka (Japan)
Leg 12: Osaka (Japan) => Guam (USA)

 :)

Let me think about it, right? :lol3:

I wanted to start a game in September, once I'm completely at home (no trips). Since I've started some games and all of them were in hiatus or cancelled, I feel in debt with all those who trusted in me and I feel I need to start and finish a game.
Let me think during the summer.

Anyway, back to topic...

I think that There's lots of places in Scandinavia that need to be visited and haven't been yet.

There's also some African countries that have somehow different cultures to the rest of Africa. Everyone says South Africa, but I think it's really typical (everyone think it could be, I'd prefer other ones).

I wonder how the E-coli outbreak in Europe will affect the upcoming Race route.

I hope no one here has been affected by it. :(

Half of those countries are unsafe at the best of times, So I doubt this route will happen any time soon. But, you can keep hoping I guess.

NOPE

A German minister of Agriculture and things like that told that it came from Spain having made 0 researches. It has been proved that Spain is not the focus and that in Spain there is no one affected by it. We eat cucumbers and fresh vegetables as usual. Now we have a 200 milion € loss.
The German Government hasn't said they were wrong either (pride, maybe. they're country #1 in here) and Spanish Government, most of the times, just are passive and doing nothing.  :lol3:  That's how we do in Spain, but we do not have the E. coli thing.

A New Twist!

Illegal U-Turn: A team may u-turn another team. However, the team that uses the u-turn will receive a 30 minute penalty at the pitstop.

How about a Voting U-Turn, where several teams vote on who they want to U-Turn? ;D

TWIST: Bring back the Yield, and don't put any more fantarded versions of the U-Turn.

And with that, let me make my own fantarded Yield versions:

Money Yield - you need to pay to use this Yield
Surprise Yield - common sense, right?
Pause Yield - wait for the team you are yielding to arrive so that you can move on (looks great in a footrace)
Mandatory Yield - everybody is yielded, but you can vouch out if you still have a Courtesy of Photo
Target Yield - target any team behind or ahead (for ahead, penalties will be applied at the pitstop)
Karma Yield - the team who uses this will (not knowingly) get a surprise penalty at the pitstop (application in the Korean leg of one of my fantasy races)

Of course, I'm not serious with this. :res:

P.S. Stop dreaming for new twists.

Ha ha "fantarded". My word of the day today.
How about the "Express U-Turn". If the team that is U-Turned completes the other side of the detour, they get an express pass?
Or
The "Fast Forward U-Turn" If the team that is U-Turned completes the other side of the detour, they get to skip all other tasks and go directly to the pit stop.
Or - my favourite...
The "The Double U-Turn Yield Express Pass Intersection Pit Stop". All teams get very confused and are simultaneously philiminated. They all are guaranteed to be cast on the next Unfinished Business season - unless they are pregnant or dead.
From there to here, and here to there,
funny things are everywhere
