* USA --> Spain (Allentown, PA --> Lugo, Spain) 11 --> 10 (Double Roadblock Leg)
* Spain (Lugo, Spain --> Salamanca, Spain) 10 --> 9
* Spain --> Poland (Salamanca, Spain --> Elblag. Poland) 9 --> 8
* Poland --> Austria (Elblag, Poland --> Bregenz, Austria) 8 --> 8 (KOR)
* Austria (Bregenz, Austria) 8 --> 7 (U-Turn x2)
* Austria --> Slovenia (Bregenz, Austria --> Kranj, Slovenia) 7 --> 6
* Slovenia --> Seychelles (Kranj, Slovenia --> Beau Vallon, Seychelles) 6--> 6 (NEL)
* Seychelles --> Madagascar (Beau Vallon, Seychelles --> Toliara, Madagascar) 6 --> 5
* Madagascar --> Thailand (Toliara, Madagascar --> Chiang Rai, Thailand) 5 --> 5 (NEL)
* Thailand --> Nepal (Chiang Rai, Thailand --> Katmandu, Nepal) 5 --> 4 (U-Turn x2)
* Nepal --> New Zealand (Katmandu, Nepal --> Paihia, New Zealand) 4 --> 3
* New Zealand --> USA (Paihia, New Zealand --> Tahoma, Washington) (Double Roadblock Leg)
--- End quote ---
I like it a lot! It's a 5-continent race, which is a lot better than 3 CONTINENTS (cough cough TAR24 cough) but I think that 6 Europe Legs may be a bit much. They're still very interesting locations I'd like to see, though. And Nepal makes any route great.

Thanks! I thought it was a bit Euro-centric as well, and I was trying to think of some places in Africa that I haven't used before (There are some places that I would absolutely love to use, but can't because of safety concerns...like another Tunisia visit or somewhere in West Africa). I have some other routes sketched out as well, and I'll put those up when I find them. Maybe replacing the sixth Europe leg with a third Africa leg would also work?

I had another route proposed, but it has to change big time, as the first three legs are set in Russia and Ukraine when I wrote them up a few months ago (harsher in hindsight, huh?), which also stinks because I do think a Sochi leg would be interesting.

I would also like to see Tunisia, but with the Arab Spring I doubt we'll see it any time soon. Same with Russia/Ukraine, although somehow TARAUS managed to go to St. Petersburg. A Sochi leg will indeed be interesting, but we'll have to wait maybe a few years for that. I'd like to see some of the other routes you've mentioned.
