quick recap:

James/Chelsia HOH

Amanda/Alex Natalie/Matt on the block

Josh/Sharon POV winners

Amanda/Alex Adam/Sheila on slop

Amanda fainted, low blood sugar we think and Allison ate a peanut and had an allergic reaction
Both Amanda/Ali taken to the hospital ..no word yet on how they are doing

Ali & Amanda are back and fine

Apparently they were told Amanda would be back tomorrow. Not sure about Allison.

Sheila complaining to Matt on the BR couch. You know about what ya'll. So me won't even go there.

HGs are talking about possibly changing the food penalty from slop back to PBJ.

Isn't slop suppose to be better because it has more neutrients or something?
