So I canceled the 14 day free trial that I clicked by accident but now have to wait for my 14 days to be up on the 20th I think? before I can renew for the 3 month deal, go figure

My feeds stopped working about 3am and I was like NOOOOOOOOOO then realized I got logged out somehow

to cancel my membership it says to call Customer Support. but when I call it tells me that number cannot be reached from my area!? WTF. This is bull**** I'm going to get stuck paying for no damn reason.

To add to puddin's comment, I canceled the first year with the chat option. I was afraid but it worked just fine for me. No problems. If you can't reach them via the phone, (and you should be able to, try the chat.) You can save it, which is what I did as well, when we were finished.
