The description for the final episode on cbs.com confirms that the entire final leg will take place in Alaska. Here is the description below:

Sunday, January 20th, 8:00pm et/pt
The Final Push
In a final Amazing Race leg unlike any homestretch before it, the Racers are surprised to learn upon checkout that their next flight is their last for the entire race: the entire leg, all the way through the finish line, will play out in the city, the wilderness, by the ocean, on glaciers, and in the national parks of Alaska. One often combative Team comes together, while one usually cohesive Team clashes.
One Team misreads a vital clue. Will this lead to the Team's downfall?
After 10 cities, 4 continents, and nearly 30,000 miles, who will cross the finish line first and win the one million dollar prize?

Kudos to apskip, he was firm in believing that End City would be Alaska

Errrrr......it was my info from my co-workers mother that first mentioned Alaska as the final destination.

Quote
*At first I took that to mean that alaska was on their way to the final destination.  But I asked her if she meant that Alaska is
Possibly the final destination.  **She said:
"i think so, she said she only remembers him mentioning 3 boats (not sure if it was 3 boats besides his or including his)."

I will admit though, even I didn't believe it.

We saw the glaciers just I heard!   :yess:

and we saw the speed boat trip up the twenty mile river just as I heard!  :yess:

Who the heck is going to win this thing now!!  :jumpy:

Of course Colby! You rocked this one  :jumpy: BIG KUDOS to Colby  :jam:  :yess:

we know colav10.

and anon1akacolby I think puddin meant that apskip was 100% sure that they wont fly anywhere else AFTER alaska while others thought they'd go to alaksa, do tasks, and then go somewhere else.

I'm not one to base spoilers on things like this, but we know TAR editors have done something like it in the past:

somebody at sucks mentioned in the speculation thread that when Phil was talking to teams at the beginning of LEG1 the only team not shown was Ron and Christina.

in TAR10 we all know the famous "Because if you're last....you WILL be eliminated" *flash to bama, romberly, models*

Based on photos and editing, I am 90% certain Ron and Christina will win.  Can't say I'm thrilled as TK and Rachel are my favourites, however Christina does deserve to win.  I honestly don't think I'd be extremely disappointed at seeing any of the 3 teams win, with one of them being my favourites since leg 1.

I had thought this was strange thought this can't be right is that from the beginning on comcast it lists the amazing race with

Ron/chris hsu as in starring

at first i thought that they couldn't be so blatant and then with the taipei 101 non spoiler

but after tonight who knows

Kiwi I thought I already told you once, last season it had Dustin and Kandice listed as the stars, it doesn't mean anything.

Wonder if that could be some Alaskan Indian gathering of some sort?

I keep wanting them to do Totem poles again!

Could it be Lobster Catching and the other option be Ice Climbing because there is a picture of them hopping off a boat and climbing up and up or is that the scaling of the Ice Wall??

if you watch the trailer there's a shot of ron and christina running down a road with bushes in the background and Christina is clearly smiling. Neither of them have their backpacks on. Could that be the finish line? There's a shot of Rachel running down the same road as well without a bag on but no sign of TK.
