kates i haven't watched either since brian left!! lol i fast forward through tuesday episodes or just read online....this week caught dwights bigband well one of thme...and was like OMG Thank god I haven't watched this!

Hallelujah  Brian Melo 25 from Hamilton Ontario was crowed KING on Canadian Idol last night.

(pardon the punn if anyone knew he sang Hallelujah the nigth before)

This is the first time two men duelled it out in the final two since season one.  This is the first time someone from Ontario made it to the top two and the first time someone from Ontario won!!

The past trend has been Ontario was out early!!!

I haven't watched the show yet...have it taped...so I can't comment on the performances but from what I read Monday and yesterday Brian was favoured from the Judges!!

Well at least this season wasn't a total waste. Maybe since I have off from work next week I can catch up on the finale.

finale was good actually.

avril lavigne and bon jovi each sang 2 songs.
eva avila sang her debute single song...

both finalists sang their fav songs of the season....a bunch of 10ten stuff ...it was good!

u can see lucas rossi in the audience also
