CBS plans Lord of the Flies type show

See the following article:

CBS apparently has filmed a show involving kids ages 8-15.  They live in a New Mexico ghost town and have to come up with their own society.  It was supposed to be a summer show, but CBS thinks that it can do very well, so they will air it in either the fall or winter.

This one sounds interesting!

Brat Camp was a train wreck.

I cringe somewhat when I see dysfunctional kids being exploited for television network profits.

Why not put them on an island at least where they have resources? Where are they going to find food and water in the middle of a desert.
