I'm going to try really hard to go tomorrow but my families having a mothers day barbeque/70th party for my grandmother so it might be hard, but I want to meet Phil more so we'll see.

Kogs, I was wondering what you do to search for filming permits, maybe I can help?
Did you find the TAR10 film permit before the race started?!

Zach mentions something celebrities or something to run the race  (:;) What the hell!

I hear it just maybe true and even have a few names but won't tell because I don't want anyone to get in trouble or taken off the show before it even starts filming

Here's a partial list. If you know what city you want, you might get better results asking Mr. Google: "(city) film permits." A couple of problems with permits:
  • They're often filed at the last minute, and don't show on the records until after the fact;
  • If they're located at City Hall, like the one I found at Santa Monica, then even someone with my lousy people skills can get results ("It's a public record. I'm the public. Fork it over.") But if the permits are in some quango like a "film bureau" or "film commission" then it's a roll of the dice; you might get lucky or you might be told to get lost.

Oh my God, why the hell are they messing with the formula of the show?! A lot of people watch it for the teams! THIS SUCKS! I hope it's not true...and if it is I guess we'll know soon.... Besides, Puddin saying she hears it's true always = the first sign.

 (:;) (:;)

if it is a celebrity one or something like that then i dont thin they should have done it right after the all-star edition. I missed not having the new teams. Maby chilltown from bigbrother is on it.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=IjIk8suw5Yg&mode=related&search=Who knows, maby its true lol

I can't wait until we can here more on this issue!

hehe, that seems so close :D

I'm actually happy all these rumors are already circulating, it gives us something to talk about until spoilers begin!!

I've been hearing about the 2007/2008 CBS schedule circulating to media outlets, but I can't find anything online other then a couple of tidbits, none of which involve the Amazing Race.

TAR 12's a go! Phil was just interviewed on ET Canada (promoting his boring new "thrill of a lifetime" show), and stated that the next season of TAR is "in the works". Yay!

If it's a bunch of BB/Survivor people, I hope you post who it is so they DO get taken off the show.

Why does this worry me?

http://www.nku.edu/~manningj1/CBS2007.htm

Maybe because The Amazing Race is MIA
