Here's another off-topic public service announcement. On this Sunday night (and probably the next 3 Sunday nights after), the Discovery Channel is showing their new 11-part PLANET EARTH series. I saw the preview and it looks like a winner. You will need two recording machines and cable or equivalent feeds since it starts at 8pm. This Sunday there will be 3 one hour episodes, Pole to Pole, Mountains and Deept Ocean. I don't know about future Sundays yet. The reviewer of this was ecstatic, labelling it as "brilliant, the most amazing nature series I've ever seen."

Bizarre Foods: Ecuador repeats tonight at 10pm on the Travel Channel. See my post in Maps, Maps, Maps for a description. I highly recommend it as a travelogue, not for the unusual food.

On Thursday, Travel Channel premieres "1000 Places to See Before You Die" with Alaska at 9pm and Italy at 10pm. Newlyweds won a Travel Channel contest and travel the world for 5 months. It could be interesting.

MIRNA is wearing the BLUE top at the ROADBLOCK.
MIRNA is wearing the RED top in the PLANE and BOAT.

So if the time-line is what has been thought.. that means Charla and Mirna catch the plane, do the detour, go on the boat, and THEN get changed before completing the roadblock..

Current Time-Line:

Plane (red top)
Detour (

?)
Boat (red top)
Roadblock (blue top)

That doesnt make sens... i think we have the complete order in a muddle here..

I think it is something like fly, fly, fly some more over 2 days per apskip (I think), then some take a dhow to Zanzibar ( but why they do that when there is a perfectly good high speed catamaran I don't know

), do Detours, do Roadblock, go to Pitstop. And tasks either happen in the dark or in the light--heee!

Well no, because if the pitstop is at dawn, then the brighter the sky = the further behind you are, doesn't it?

Yeah, I can't wait until the spec for episode 7/8 start, I'm all worn out on this leg!

I really, REALLY hope that the race is picked up for another season, I was just thinking about how exciting it was when there are new teams...and hopefully we get spoilers during the summer to keep the wait bareable! *is really, really off topic*

:-\ Something struck me as odd in the "group of people" vidcap. A lot (if not all) of the "older" women have head coverings. They also appear to have the same clothes as well. NOT really in keeping with the Iris Ministry.
