Who else is pissed they delayed TAR tonight?

Who else is with me on this. Who is just pissed off they delayed it because of GOLF.  Come on CBS, open your eyes, what has better ratings??? PLEASE... Just give me a break.

Dear CBS,

Move 'The Amazing Race' to Tuesday nights at 10pm in order to boost ratings and not conflict with 'American Idol' on NBC.  If you do this, your fan base will be gratefully appreciative, and we might just buy some of your 'Amazing Race' stuff online.  If you don't, then you may see the end of the best family reality show on television.  Thank you.

Since I was recording it on the DVR, I had 1/2 hour of 60 minutes and had to schedule it to record 1/2 hour over.  I don't like that.

I had to tape the  show last night and had that nagging, last minute thought that said "tape an extra  hour just in case".   I am so glad I listened.  Now if CBS would just listen to the AR fans .  .  .

Oh no, is that what happened? it didnt start until 8:30? What the heck is wrong with these bid networks, it if the PREMIERE and they delay it half an hour. Does anyone know what  the ratings were for last night? Because I am sure I am not the only one who missed it. How can you say something is going to be on at 8:00, and then not have it start until 8:30? And if you do that, there should at least be a ticker at the bottom of the screen telling the viewers that the show is going to start at 8:30. I didnt see it on at 8, so i just went to bed hoping it would be recorded later on that night- but it didnt! Does anyone know where I can view the full episode online? CBS doesnt have it on on demand.

Thanks, puddin :jumpy:  I was hoping it would be on YouTube.  My search didn't show anything, so I checked here thinking that you might find it and post the link and you DID!  I'm not having a problem with seeing it, so they must have solved the problem.

because of the delay, i felt uninterested about it.

remember when it was on the day before survivor? that was when they were at the hight of popularity.

now they are still feeding it to the dogs when they go up against the simpsons and Extreme Makeover. Yet, because season 10 held their own, they will stick with it on sundays until it either A. gets cancelled, or b. moved like we all want it to be.

CBS'S RACE SEES AMAZING AUDIENCE DROP-OFF


Sunday night's premiere of CBS's Amazing Race: All Stars got off to a roaring start at 8:00 p.m. Sunday night, taking the lead with an 8.2 rating and a 13 share, but its audience dropped by nearly a third in the second half hour, as ratings fell to a 5.8/9. Earlier in the evening the overrun of Fox's telecast of the Daytona 500 NASCAR race put the network on top at 7:00, beating the usual winner, CBS's 60 Minutes. At 9:00 ABC moved into the lead with Desperate Housewives drawing the biggest numbers of the night, an 11.7/18. Brothers and Sisters held on to most of that audience at 10:00 p.m., registering an 8.0/13, coming in just ahead of CBS's Without a Trace, which posted a 7.4/12.

It did air here on time, at 7pm MST, but I haven't had time to watch all of my tape.  (I don't yet know who got eliminated!) 

Anyway, I totally agree that Sunday night is a piss poor night for TAR, and it should be moved baaak to Tues as long as it doesn't interfere w/ American Idol!  I do not understand why they moved it to Sunday, when they were doing so well on Tuesdays!!  Dummies. {{{} :rules:
