Yeah, I'd say it looks like they win the leg to...but then it also depends on what the road block is and how difficult it will be.

I think # 1 is it because I can't see either Guido beating Dustin in that footrace.   :rotf:


Case 1 T&I picks #3
12:00 departure  E&D + Chas
12:20 departure  T&I + BQs
12:40 departure  Guido + C&M
1:00 departure  Romber + U&J

The actual times may be separated by more time.  In fact, from the tide variation in the pics I would guess more than an hour from BQs to Romber.

Hmm...is the post office thing the road block or the detour?

If it's the road block that is where Dustin and Kandice and Teri and Ian might catch up with E/D or D/O because Dustin is really smart and I would imagine Teri and Ian to be smart to. (I'm not saying Eric & Dee or D/O aren't smart though!!)

But my right brain is saying:

Hey! The Cha's are in that boat too--why can't they be first?

Is the fall all misdirection? Could Charla be hurt?

We never saw it coming? Any other ideas besides Romber elimination? (Not that I don't think they are not out--just maybe something else too? In medicine, we call this 'looking for zebras'!) :lol:

And if they are all separated by 20 minutes, how the heck do we end up with a foot race to the finish? Are some teams' brains really more than 20 minutes slower?

Well, I don't get it. They're given the Magellan places (the other place you can see, San Lucar de Barrameda, is at the mouth of the river) and the proper order (you can see the lines connecting the journey points). What's left to figure out?  ???

I take it as Phil is telling us that Romber are physical not intelligent and it looks like Mirna won't help him with the RB, remember the forshadowing with the Guido's forgetting half their clue last week? and Mirna wondering why they should help them? then the Guido's pass them as Shmirna goes back for the keys in the tent..* The Curse of Shmirna lives on * :sera:
