Who thinks Erika should be eliminated?

(1/2) > >>

Blondie:
The rules state this (:;)
13. Employees, officers, directors and agents of CBS Broadcasting Inc., Our House Productions, Inc., Endemol Entertainment USA, Inc., and/or of any of their respective licensees, assigns, parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers, directors and agents are not eligible to be participants on Big Brother or participate in the application process.

I think she probably fits in there somewhere, she did help cast Survivor!

aprilsvagina:
she wasnt employed by cbs when the show started, her contract ended a month before bb7 started

Pretender:
There might be information we don't know about the situation.  Major corperations have all these loopholes and ways around their rules.  Erika may have never been payed for her "services" at CBS, she may never have been "signed" with them.  There all all these technecalities.  Although in a perfect world Erika gets the boot, J takers her place and she wins!!

RudyRules:
It all sounds really great, Pretender, and I am a dreamer!

Seriously,  even if Erika's contract expired and/or she worked for cbs as a volunteer, it seems fair that she NOT qualify to play BB7.  Too bad we didn't have this info before the show started...b/c if enough bb fans raised cain...she wouldn't have gotten on the show!!

Again, imadreamer.

It would be great if America would REALLY raise cain...so badly that Erika would volunteer to step down, Janie would step in her place against booger, and WIN!  Again, imadreamer.  It aint gonna happen, short of a miracle.

Dream awwwn, Ruday!

Texas_kimmie:
I don't think there is enough time for that to happen before the finale. But I'm game, I'm willin' to dream with you too. :)
