Why don't you start it in the Official Treasure Hunters header ? Theres spoilers in there but you don't have to read them and we will respect your **Non-Spoiler** thread :snicker:
-
i didn't see it earlier can you move the thread for me?
-
When Keith drowns will we get to see it on TV?? :groan:
-
okay i'm liking this show....anyone else?
-
:waves:
-
So far so good. It is a little confussing with so many teams but that will get easier.
-
liking the show.....not liking the preacher man
-
i'm liking team USA also...I don't see them lasting long though and team Brown cracks me up...LOL
how ironic team young professionals and team genious are going to be in last behind team Hillbilllies
:lol3:
-
Keith is going to die if this team last any longer in the race.
-
Did another team really just tell them where to go for the clue?? What morons are running the race!! :groan:
-
The concept of the show is good, but these teams are morons!! :groan:
-
ok..I was liking mullet guy....but having a change of heart...
-
yeah team Hillbilliy did that....being from Tennessee I can say that since some of my relatives are hillbillies.... :lol3:
although I thought that was sneaky of team professionals
-
:gaah: I can't believe I missed this show!
I wonder if they will rerun the premiere again...just for me? ;)

From what I heard on the commercials, they are going to air a one hour episode tomorrow with highlights of todays episode, plus a brand new one tomorrow night.
-
It's halftime on the west coast, and I'll agree with the others: the Fogal family isn't making a good impression. And the viewer contest isn't much of a treasure hunt, but more of a sweepstakes; I think I'll pass (if anybody else wants to try, Edison called his kids Dot and Dash).
-
Ahh , see Slowhatch they annouced the winner at 10:46 or so ET .
The winner was from Tennesee btw .
-
They must split up the contest by timezones. The winner they just announced here was a lady from Reno, NV.

NBC lied! Horribly! May the Oilers win the Stanley Cup tomorrow on NBC!
-
The next new episode is Monday June 26th at 9:00pm. It looks like Monday the 26th at 8pm they will condense the premier into an hour episode.

For once I have to agree with the critics: TH is a trip to dullesville. What a poorly constructed show and such lame "acting" by the teams. I wonder how many times they reshot scenes to get just the right type of reaction. The location producers must be working overtime. Nothing strikes me as "real"; everything strikes me as contrived. And all those pre-recorded, post-production additions of our "host" giving instructions on their cell phones is as phoney as it can be. And all that background thumping, pinging, electronic excuse for music is just annoying as all get out.
My guess is that once the ratings come in, this show is a dead duck. The teams may get to Washington and Boston but that is as far as they will go.
Here all the teams are way apart in Alaska and Hawaii but all of the teams in each group arrive at the State Capitol Building in Lincoln, Neb. at exactly the same time. Coincidence? Who cares?
And if you really want to predict the elimination order, just look at all the preview scenes and figure out which teams are where in the future episodes.
Now I can relax and concentrate on TAR's return in September.
