The general opinion is that it's spy/agent/espionage. Think: underground control centre or underground lair. Check out the world map in the nomination room, the "torture chamber" Have Not room, the rocket exhaust lighting in the kitchen. Also, because it's season 7...maybe 007. The front door is framed by mirrored 7s.

Moved again. The backyard looks smaller and I cannot recall where the lounge would have been last year.

Also, Leons owns the Brick, so maybe they just decided to market the main brand

I'll check around, but the work they put into the new location was extensive, and I've heard no mention of it. Maybe the backyard just looks smaller because of the point of view in the picture.
The Leon's Lounge looks like it will be in the space where the pool was in seasons 2 to 5. (I don't remember what was in that space last season - could be it just wasn't used???)
