We are hoping to have UPDATING tonight.
This is a 90 Minute Premiere and will air 8PM to 9:30PM. On CBS.
Anyone is free to chime in and discuss as the show airs! All comments are welcome, but do not spoil the outcome!

Pat's mother was paralysed when he was 9 and Pat's father was the breadwinner for the family!
Pat never went to college, because he is family didn't have enough money!

The Goliath tribe decide that John and Allison are the 'strongest people' in the David tribe!
It's time for a challenge!

Choose between a plank bridge, a two person track or a bridge over water!
Choose between a net tube, the rope tunnel or the crawler!
Choose between a 15-piece block puzzle, a 8-piece slide puzzle or move 30 sandbags from one platform to the other!
First tribe to complete the course, wins a shelter building kit for the tribe!
The Goliath's will do the plank bridge, the net tube and the 15-piece block puzzle!
The David's will do the bridge over water, the rope tunnel and the 8-pieve slide puzzle!

The Goliath's are starting to build their shelter, before it starts to bucket down rain!
They have one machete!
Natalie is 57!
Natalie suggests to build a smaller shelter, just for the night and then expand on it for the morning!

It's Day 3!
Challenge time!

Immunity/Reward Challenge: Sprint through an obstacle to a sandpit. Dig under a log and use a machete to pull down a ladder. Get up on a platform and pole vault to another platform. Then, solve a number puzzle!
The winning tribe wins flint and Immunity from Tribal Council!

Neck and neck at the log sandpit!
Goliath tribe is on the ladder first!
David tribe must now untie a rope, to release their ladder!
Goliath is WAY in front!
Every member must make from one platform to the other!

It's neck and neck again, as both tribes are attempting to solve a number puzzle!
They MUST put the numbers 1 to 25 in vertical order!
The rain is PELTING down again!
Both tribes have 4 rows...

GOLIATH'S WIN IMMUNITY AND REWARD!
Pat says the rain made the challenge more difficult, but the challenge also brought the tribe together!
Lyrsa doesn't trust Nick and wants him out!

OMG some-one is on a stretcher!

Pat is injured!
He is in a lot of pain and he has hurt his back!
As David were coming back from the challenge, the boat hit Pat on his back!
Jeff arrives at the beach!
The medics from England explain what has happened to Pat!

The medics are worried that Pat has done some serious damage to his back!
Ad break I think, my stream has cracked it again!

'It can't end this way' Pat
The medics need to take Pat to hospital and a result, need to pull Pat from the game!
'Not this way. It can't go this way'
A helicopter arrives, to take Pat to hospital
The other David tribe-mates are informed of the decision.

'Pat, you're not a quitter. You have pulled from the game, for your safety'
The other David tribe-members say goodbye to Pat
Pat is taken in a helicopter to the hospital!
Gabby is really upset to Pat going, due her misjudging him!

Jeff informs that they don't need to go to Tribal Council!
Jeff also informs the tribe that will have flint when they arrive back at camp!
Elizabeth says this game has been 'crazy' so far!
'We will keep fighting!'

On the next episode, on Survivor: David vs Goliath!
There's a new war!
A new target!
And a new man in charge!

Pat is sad to leave the game, but realises that his health is much more important, than $1,000,000
Pat fully recovered from his injures!

END OF THE EPISODE!
What did we think?
That was a BRILLANT episode!
Great contestants, great introduction, great challenge, unexpected ending!
The only thing that was bad about, was a rushed challenge!
And, it might of convinced me to start watching Survivor from Seasons 1-36... :escape

1. Are there more than one immunity idol in each camp? It made it sound like there were more than one, but then SWAT guy said saying everyone is out looking for the idol but he had it, so it made it seem like there was one.
2. How does voting work? Do they nominate 2 like Big brother, or is anyone in the losing tribe able to be sent home?
3. Do they have to find/hunt all their own food?
Enjoyed the episode!

Also just another note, I had no idea they were allowed to get physical in challenges. Both AR and BB it seems like you aren't allowed to touch other contestants. But first immunity challenges, Jeff says go, and wrestler straight takes out 3 people! Is that normal for survivor? How physical are they allowed to be?

yes really normal you push shove and break people's arms in challenges

I thought that this premiere was miles better than anything we saw last season. They showed everyone. They showed multiple perspectives within the tribes and multiple developing alliances. See, when the show focuses on its entire cast and not a select few or its twists, we get a great episode. I really hope this season maintains this momentum.
On a sadder note, it was heartbreaking watching Pat go out the way that he did.

I was really glad to that Pat recovered. Hate to see someone go home that way. I cried when Caleb was laying there not moving.

I still have flashbacks to Michaels burned hands in the fire. So glad Pat is okay!

Yes, that was awful so glad he is better too. That's a very tough game.
