Think this "night scene" from the Meet the Racers promo may be the missing "Korea" leg. It's been speculated that the race may have taken place there at night, and the street scene looks like a typical Seoul avenue/boulevard. Hard to confirm, but given time, may be able to match one of the buildings... or not. }:>

The wraith (#25) is Castle Vezio as well. The doll (#24) looks like it might be a Tengu (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tengu) doll, but that wouldn't make much sense unless they went to Japan; I can't find any long-nosed demons or trolls in Vietnamese mythology.
