"The Final Escape" - With the Hunters hot on their trails, the remaining fugitive teams plan their final escape to win the $250,000 grand prize, on the first season finale of HUNTED, Wednesday, March 1 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Woke up late :lol:

Intro!
It's really long but it recaps the game thus far.
Command Center has infiltrated English & Stephen's secondary network.
They put fliers and wanted posters around. They call English's friend.
She says she can't give the information to them and they attempt to bribe her with $500.
She rats them out being in Mt. Pleasant staying in her brother's house!
Command Center begin checking.
Meanwhile, English & Stephen are nervous and decide to leave early!
Command Center, however, get info from her friend.
English & Stephen are in the rural areas and hitch a ride.

Meanwhile, Command Center are thinking of what to do to find Aarif & Immad.
The boys, meanwhile, are getting a ride to Atlanta, staying at a farm.
Command Center think they might have found Sam Huff (their friend).
Aarif & Immad are extremely tired in the woods. They say they want to win so bad.
Meanwhile, Command Center are sending three teams inside the area to intercept Aarif & Immad. Hunter teams begin to run!
They jump over the fence and begin running after Aarif & Immad! Aarif & Immad see someone jump over the fence!
They begin hiding! They hide in an abandoned building. Command Center see their bags! They have all their bags!
Command Center start checking the abandoned buildings. They might have seen them!
A dog barks! Aarif & Immad begin leaving!
Command Center still looking for them!
Someone finds them!
Aarif is captured! Immad is captured!
"Aarif & Immad, your time on the run is over!"
Command Center says they underestimated Aarif & Immad.
They say they'll bring whatever it takes to catch the remaining two.
Commercials!

We're back!
Hilmar & Lee say they're on their last 3 days.
To win, teams need to do the following:
-Login on a private website.
-Withdraw their prize from a bank.
-Depart on a plane in a finish line.
Lee & Hilmar choose a finish! English & Stephen do too!
Meanwhile, Command Center is tipped off on the IP address they use to login and told they're leaving by air!

Command Center begin checking potential escape routes.
English & Stephen are in South Carolina and they're heading to Northern Georgia. English calls her sister and tells her to pick them up in the morning.
Meanwhile, Command Center might have found them. They get an unknown number's location from Amber's residence.

We're back!
While Lee & Hilmar are on their escape vehicle, Command Center goes to their friend for questioning.
Their friend answers vaguely on their questions and accidentally tips them off about a location at the Gas Station.
They see their friend on the footage! They see Florida plates.
Meanwhile, in Alberton, Georgia, English & Stephen find a place to stay for the night.
English is actually on Day 27!
English realizes her sister could be tracked and they arrange for a decoy to meet with her instead! :o

Meanwhile, Lee & Hilmar go to a location and decide to stay.
English & Stephen call Amber at a hotel and say to meet them at Berry Funeral Homes.
The hunters hear it and send 2 hunter teams!
They arrive at a car and see English's decoy! They question her and they say they can't help them.
Command Center is confused.

We're back!
Hilmar & Lee are now on Day 28.
They say it's going to be a hell of a run.
English & Stephen are also on Day 28!
"I'm going to do that and I'm going to win!" - English
Command Center begin speculating on both teams' potential escape.
Both teams are now withdrawing their money at the bank.
They now have to run on foot to their escape vehicle to win!

Command Center see the CCTV footage and they speculate on English & Stephen and Lee & Hilmar's location.
Both teams are running!
The hunter teams are travelling by car!
Lee & Hilmar are tired.
Lee takes a rest.
English & Stephen are still running!
English & Stephen see the plane!
English & Stephen make it!
They arrive on their plane and it's about to start!

Stephen & English's plane won't start!
It starts just as the hunters approach! English & Stephen are one of the first winners of Hunted US 1! (Lee & Hilmar TBD) Both of them are ecstatic and happy to win!
Meanwhile, Lee & Hilmar run! THEY SEE THE PLANE!
Lee & Hilmar win too!

But then we wouldn't have experienced English's decoy move, one of the highlights of the season! <3

What a disappointment the finale was.
The first 26 days were not necessary if the hunters knew where the teams would be checking in for their final assignment. That coupled with the fact that they had to go on foot to the final place was just a set up for the hunters to catch them (though they didn't, it was still designed where the 'prey' had the odds stacked against them).
It's really different from how UK did it.
On Hunted UK it's basically them being told to go to a finish line with the rendezvous location and escape vehicle, with HQ only being given a small hint.
I would honestly like to believe that it's like this in the US to make the finale more intense, and they actually won when they got the money from the bank and logged in. *shrugs*

I disagree. What makes you think the Hunters knew about the final assignment ahead of time?

That was one of my favorite moves EVER!! Love how she got those women to not only help her, but loan her their car, and successfully set up a decoy!! Best thing ever!

Me too! Probably the best move of the season, up there with the fake email scheme and David's friend decoying as a driver (and also maaaaybe Thu/Sentra evading the cameras at the gas station by parking at a certain angle)!

I love both teams and happy to see them winning but I'm so disappointed because both teams were under-edited. Luckily, both teams had high-light moves of the season.

I am happy for both teams and glad they won, especially English and Stephen! I really loved them. I just wish we got see more of their edit and more of what they did, but it was a great season nonetheless!
