Title: Which country/region would you like to see get its own TAR?
Post by: G.B. on January 06, 2015, 10:52:33 AM: We've got a nice selection of International Amazing Race's from a number of countries and regions, but which country or region would you like to see get its own TAR?

For me, undoubtedly the answer would be Japan.

A Japanese and Korean version would be nice and funny (TAR Korea vs Japan). I love to see Japanglish and Konglish accent on them. :lol3:

The Iberian version (Portugal and Spain) might be suitable for you. I hope the Iberian version have more budget to race around the world, not like the cheap Latin America version which is only race around SA and Caribbean Island.

Also I wish TAR Latin America would expand their limits to the rest of the world but it would probably called something else and be a side franchise different from the TARLA we know now.

TAR IBERIA could include people from Andorra, Portugal and Spain. This might be the budget version of TAR Latin America with a full race circulating the world.

TAR MONACO racing in Monaco would be a trainwreck to watch on TV though. :lol3: I expect they will have full international race with the very expensive and impressive route (British Isles/Italy/France/Nordic countries/German speaking countries Europe legs, Angola/Senegal/South Africa legs, Middle East legs, Singapore/Philippines/HK/South Korea/Japan legs, Oceania/Australia/NZ legs, US/Canada legs) since Monaco are generally rich.

How about TAR LICHTENSTEIN OR TAR SINGAPORE??? :funny:

Additionally, I think Indonesia is great at making dramatic reality show (I really enjoy the first and second season of Masterchef here), so TAR Indonesia will be really great. I don't even mind the product placement if it happens.

If I were to dream, TAR: Through Time and Space would be incredibly amazing! :colors

Korea's TAR would most certainly be celebrity teams, especially K-pop idols. But then that would kind of limit where they could go since they'd get recognized in a bunch of countries. Especially the typical places TAR visits lol
