This cap is taken this from one of the earlier promos in the season. Thanks to Alen, I've been able to track this down as Tigre Hotel just outside of Buenos Aires
Comparing this with the image on the FB page (https://www.facebook.com/theamazingraceaustralia/photos/a.176230542426383.35840.117951518254286/713866295329469/?type=1&permPage=1), looks like this is the Pitstop?

The location of the Roadblock is the "Estancia Las Betulas", in the outskirts of city of Luján, at 44 miles distance from Buenos Aires. You can see in this picture the same building that appears next to the horse with the clue when Grant is describing what teams have to do:

Same PS and same way of reaching it than TARLA3 Buenos Aires leg.
Only difference is that TARLA3 was next to the deck and TARAUS3 is on the terrace.
