Can't believe but I was "this" close to the remaining Amazing Race teams. I live in Sydney, Nova Scotia and if they took a ferry to Newfoundland, it is done at North Sydney, NS (about 20 minutes from where I live). My question is that the shorter route to Argentia only goes from June to October. The ferry to Port Aux Basques runs year round but then you have a 890 km plus drive to St. John's.
You can check the schedule past and they did not run a ferry to Argentia in May. So unless they ran a ferry special for them, I wonder how they got from PAB to St. John's.
