Title: I think I figured out the Final "Memory" challenge (TARC 1)

So I was watching the Nova Scotia leg of the race last night and a light bulb suddenly clicked in my head as to what the final leg "Memory" challenge may be should they have it.

First, can you spot it?

At first I had thought it was maybe something to do with the Provincial and Territorial flags as we can see a large picture of them on the clues whenever they go to a new Province/Territory. But that's too easy. We grow up in Canada learning these.

But then I noticed on the lapel of the greeter in Nova Scotia a flower. It stood out more because it's a fisherman. They don't normally wear flowers.

Yeah, it might be. I always think that 'memory challenge' will be something with the greeters.

Where's the flower on the Yukon Territory woman? Is it in her hair? :S

Yeah, took me a little while to find the flower in the Yukon. It's in her hair, left hand side.

Newfoundlands Provincial flower is the Purple Pitcher Plant.

It's difficult. More difficult than flags. But I think it's on par with the hats from Season 17 and the "Hello/Goodbye" memory from Season 21.

It's more difficult than the hats of TAR 17 because the hats were big and some of them is very special.

Great catch!
Now - where would they hold a flower memory challenge like this? We still don't know with certainty where all the locations in the finale were.

My best guess is one of 2 places:
The Toronto Botanical Gardens - http://torontobotanicalgarden.ca  - whose web site is mysteriously down.

Imagine they had to roam through a garden and pick the flowers, place them with the right flag in the right order.

TBG held an event to celebrate 'National Public Gardens Day' from 8 a.m. to % p.m.but National Public Gardens Day wasn't til June 14. Did anyone check out Toronto's Public Works/Parks and Rec?
If it's the final challenge...it's so hard. None of them would have noticed. Even if they kept race journals. And who knows what the provincial flowers are anyway?

I didn't notice that each pitstop greeter had a flower on them ;_; I thought that since the flags are printed at every clue (uhm, obvious final task?), only the flags will be tested for the final challenge (which is easy). But then wow those flowers threw me off guard. Well played, TAR Canada! :lol:
