100% legal way to easily watch anywhere in the world. The ICS website live streams their shows and keeps them available for viewing.
http://www.icshanghai.com/en/live/ (http://www.icshanghai.com/en/live/)
The big numbered tabs are the date, so look for the past Sunday's date (26th for the first episode), then look for China Rush somewhere on that list (there may be multiple, so remember when it is supposed to air). The number next to China Rush will be the episode number. For me, it loads about as fast as a Youtube video.
Is anyone else watching the live stream on the ICS website? If so, is it buffering all the time? Because it is for me, and it's making it annoying to watch.
You can pause it if you want and wait for it to load. You don't have to watch it at that second.
I am going to ask those watching Dragon TV to use spoiler bars since it airs 6 hours before ICS.
ICS watchers may update normally.
Was it me or was it a studio clapping track added onto the starting line speech?I didn't notice any, but there were some noticable stock crowd sound effects in Australia 2, so it's a possibility.
WHAT THEY DID TO ROB AND JIAJIA WAS SO CRUEL. I NEVER WANT TO SEE A STARTING LINE ELIMINATION AGAIN. PERIOD
As for the rest of the episode, I have a feeling this is going to be a good season :)
All the teams I had a good feeling about came in the Top 7 <33
I legitimately felt like crying when Allan told Rob & JiaJia that they were the last team and JiaJia was blocking his ears because he didn't want to hear his dream explode :'(WHAT THEY DID TO ROB AND JIAJIA WAS SO CRUEL. I NEVER WANT TO SEE A STARTING LINE ELIMINATION AGAIN. PERIOD

According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Amazing_Race:_China_Rush_3 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Amazing_Race:_China_Rush_3) , the Dragon TV's CR3's ep.01 only starts on Sep01 @ 1800. Therefore it should be the other way around - those watching ICS must use spoiler bars instead of those watching Dragon TV.
Or am I wrong? :duno:
I don't get why the creators even think that an extremely early elimination is a good idea. Do they think it will draw in more viewers? Do they think long-time viewers will say "You know, this show is getting stale, but if there's a possibility of my favorite team being gone within five minutes, I may continue watching."?
... and JiaJia was blocking his ears because he didn't want to hear his dream explode :'(
Correct me if I'm wrong - isn't JiaJia a woman??? :duno:

Come to think of it, this is the first time that a shock elimination point was determined by a luck-based task. Way to go.
Since they had a starting line elimination, they also should have had 12 teams, like TAR15.
Only having 10 teams left made it fairly obvious that leg 1 would be a non-elimination leg.
The first episode credits says it was in memory of Jesse Burke, who is he?I think someone involved with filming it, though I'm not entirely sure what he did.

Some of you may have noticed that there was a credit "In Memory of Jesse Burke" at the end of the show. Jesse, one of the game producers for China Rush 3 passed in July 2012.
"RIP Jesse. Life's so fragile. This is hard to believe...even though we didn't get to interact much with him during the race, we could see that he was a great game producer. Thanks to Jesse for all his hard work behind-the-scenes for CR3." ~ KhaiShing
"It was awesome meeting you on the Amazing Race China Rush, im so sad your child will never get to meet you since you are awesome and a half! see you one day! condolences to your family and friends." ~ Janelle
"第三季CR马上就要播出了,他却没有机会看了...有时候在想像以后有空去北京找他玩之类的,没想到成都一别就永别了,不知道为什么特别难受,他还那么年轻哪~不得不感叹生命如此脆弱,珍惜每一刻、每一个身边人吧!!" ~ 菲妃娘娘

Was it an accident or a disease?
I was about to ask the same question for Jesse Bourke.. but here's where all info can be discovered.. so glad to came back.. ;D
Loving the cast... wouldn't know if Rob&JiaJia make it, will they be an interesting and entertaining team?
So far I watched up until episode 2, waiting for episode 3 to be uploaded... :hoot:
does anybody notice anything unusual about this race?Uhh... should we?

Note: if the answer is possibly a spoiler, I don't want to know.
Huh, you can see Rick & Josh in some of the behind the scenes photos in Khai Shing's blog.
From reading Henry's blog, it seems like he didn't enjoy his experience on the show very much.

Could I see a link please?
P.S.: I was being sarcastic in replying to Best Loser.
We were already extremely exhausted after waiting for 4 hours and can't wait to go back to the hotel but the last 2 teams stirred up a big drama at the pit stop with the production crew. It was supposed to be an elimination leg but they blamed the production for making them wait at the scuba diving task and argued that they should not be eliminated. It was an ugly pit stop and everyone was mad. You can see it from Allan's expression when he had to redo the pit-stop for the last 2 teams (this is not his usual 'acting serious' expression). As usual, the Fiancés pulled off another crying show again. =.= (p.s. they didn't even do the carry-bamboo detour and just shook down the clue...how exhausting was that??)

According to Kai Shing, this leg was a planned elimination leg, but because of the dating couple "puppy tears" they changed it to a non-elimination.
From what I've learnt, BBQ team (Xiao Bing & Xiao Bang) were eliminated because they didn't get visas to Taiwan. Teams had to get their visas to Taiwan by themselves. BBQ didn't do so because they didn't think they'd go to Taiwan to compete.
The "bag case" was just an excuse.
We were not about to eat a plate full of salty rocks. The Game Producer returns and tells us that we just have to wait 20 minutes, pretend to finish the plate, get some parting shots, and then we can leave. Done.
Remember, the people who make China Rush and the people who make US TAR are different. Just because this version is shady doesn't mean that the original version is also.

Some of these snafus aren't sole symptoms of China Rush as well; TAR 17's first Moscow leg was changed from an elimination leg to a NEL after the judge made an error at the Music RB, thus dropping Nick and Vicki far behind the other teams. Thus, no speed bump in the next leg and an awkward bunching period.
Worst team wins the leg, the best team is eliminated.

What do the people in China think of some of the teams?

Agreed with Best Loser. They should have been out in 8th place.
... some Chinese fans are excited for the advent of a villain team on China Rush. They are comparing Zhang Yelin with Rob Mariano.
ETA: While some viewers are irritated by what the dating couple did, several fans comment that it was the twins themselves to blame for their making some wrong decisions. It's only the case that one team beat another.
Even though I'm not rooting for them, I give Zhang Yelin a lot of credit for the clue fake out.
Has anyone ever used an old clue like that before? It's quite ingenious and diabolical.
After EP8 aired, Zhang Yelin tweeted on Weibo.com, saying that he felt sorry if what he did in this episode hurt anyone's feeling. He said that he had watched a lot of seasons of Survivor and The Amazing Race, thus many strategies naturally came out of his mind. That doesn't really bother me. I love it when people mislead other teams. But why did my favorite team have to be eliminated????

Yeah, that's happened quite a bit actually. The most notable example I can think of (though I hate mentioning him especially since he's already been brought up recently) is Rob & Amber fooling Charla & Mirna in the fourth leg of All-Stars.
Janelle told me the real reason that BBQ cousins got eliminated is because they didn't have passports and they knew it from the beginning.
She also said Hennifer did not eat the snails because they were disgusting and they had dirt and stuff in them.
I think we already know this stuff but this is just confirmation :)
What pointers would you give to those who are aspiring to be TAR racers? :)
My advice for future Racers. Be prepared for A LOT of downtime, ie. bring some cards or UNO or something. Be ready for sleep deprivation and waking up at 4 AM etc. Be able to roll with the punches because reality TV is a bit of a circus, things are hectic, constantly changing, and oftentimes very disorganized. Most importantly, make sure your taxi driver knows where he is going!!
Some people have asked who Jesse Burke is - the one mentioned in the closing credits. He was one of the Game Producers on the show who tragically died while on another assignment after filming completed for China Rush. Jesse was hands-down the best Game Producer: organized, transparent, and fair; he will be missed.
That team i really hate called ryan and charlie "foreign devils" :(

Just finished dubbing. @ICS冲刺中国ChinaRush It ought to be the last time. Only 2 episodes left. So don't miss it cuz you know it's amazing!

Many fans are worried. They're wondering whether or not Allan's words could be decrypted as a signal that he won't host the 4th season. :groan:

oh no, what a tragedy. :yess:
Very puzzled about the U-Turn... the trainers are no doubt the strongest team and I have no idea why the graduates didn't U-Turn them, but on the other hand KARMA to Zhang Yelin and Li Yang! Wishing you two a happy marriage and life together.
Just wanted to say this has been an awesome season of China Rush! So excited for the finale! They respected the Trainers and thought that if they do win that they'd deserve it.

Could someone who's seen the episode give a recap please? What were the tasks, what caused the teams to end up in the position they did, and where was the finish line?
