Title: How doesthe Voting U-turn actually work?

How does the Voting U-turn actually work, do they get the contestants at the start of the leg and then vote using a show of hands who will be u-turned, and will we get to see it in Leg 2?

Well the teams vote in their confessanal before the start of the leg. Then teams reach a u-turn board which shows show voted for who and who is u turned
