Title: Being casted for race after being on another show?
Post by: ryanwhatt on April 11, 2012, 03:47:48 PM: It's my dream to be on the amazing race but an opportunity came up where I might be on a reality show assisting my boss (it's a competition show and I wouldn't have much airtime at all but I would probably be seen a couple times in the episode).

It's not on CBS and I'm scared this would wreck my chance of ever being on the race. Is this a stupid fear, have other contestants been on non-CBS shows before?

But it has to be a CBS show and ryan could appear in another network.

I don't know what to tell you. If they want you badly enough it prob would not matter unless it was porn or something, lol. But that is a GUESS.

He said it was not on CBS, so probably not Undercover Boss. :)
