Title: Revenge
Post by: Reilly Queens on December 07, 2011, 02:37:58 PM
"REVENGE is universal. As primal as the need for love, sex, or the feeding of a searing hunger. Revenge crosses time and culture. It starts unwinnable wars and visits generations of blood feuds on families with unsettled scores. Revenge is as old as humanity. Dark and dramatic and endless." - - Mike Kelley, Creator of REVENGE

Wealth, beauty and status define the people in this town, but one woman is willing to destroy everyone for the sake of revenge.

Emily Thorne (Emily Van Camp) is new to the Hamptons. She's met some of her wealthy neighbors, has made a few new friends and seemingly blends into the town. But something is a little odd about a young girl living in a wealthy town all on her own, and the truth is that Emily isn't exactly new to the neighborhood. In fact, this was once her old neighborhood, until something bad happened that ruined her family and their reputation. Now Emily is back, and she's returned to right some of those wrongs in the best way she knows how – with a vengeance.

Anyone watch this? I love it.

Its time for the episode that has the engagement party showed in the pilot! Airing next Wednesday!

http://www.youtube.com/v/xiRL_XD5EZs

http://www.eonline.com/news/watch_with_kristin/revenge_star_teases_big_death_thats/292687?

One week. We repeat: one week.

Yes, Revenge fans, the show's big episode, in which we finally find out who got shot on the beach, is just one week away. We're more excited for the Fire and Ice party than Emily (Emily VanCamp) is after she takes down one of her many targets. We apologize if that scares you.

We caught up with Ashley Madekwe, who plays conniving fashionista Ashley, to find out anything and everything we could about the sure-to-be game-changing episode. So was Madekwe shocked when she finally found out which costar she'd be saying goodbye to?

"By the time we found out, no, but in the beginning right up until episode 12 or 13, we were kept in the dark," Madekwe tells us. "I think Mike [Kelley], the creator of the show, he didn't know. He kept changing his mind. We're about to show episode 15 and we've only just read episode 17, so we're that close. We're reacting literally to what the audience likes and does not like."

Reacting to what the audience likes?! Then we're guessing our boy Daniel (Joshua Bowman) is safe considering the audience loves him. Wheeee! (But seriously, we will totally bust out our red Sharpies and terrorize the Revenge production offices if Daniel is the one to go. Just sayin'!)

Of the episode, Madekwe couldn't reveal much, but she teases, "It goes all the way back to the beginning with the Fire and Ice party and it's really cool because I thought that we were going to use footage that we had already shown, but we re-shot the whole Fire and Ice party. You see the whole thing from a different perspective and what you think was going on wasn't going on."

Revenge airs tonight at 10 p.m. on ABC.

They started showing previews for this show in Australia since like last October or November, and it only just finally started on Monday! I loved the first episode! :hearts:

Unfortunately, it is airing in the exact same timeslot as NCIS: Los Angeles and Alcatraz, so I am watching Revenge live and recording the other two to watch later! ;)

http://www.afterelton.com/tv/2012/02/revenge-cast-talks-tonights-shocking-death?page=last

Executive Producer Marty Bowen explained that as surprised as viewers would be watching tonight’s episode, the reveal on the beach had been carefully plotted out for quite awhile. “From the inception we always had the idea that there was going to be a big reversal and a big reveal,” he said. “We always knew that the body on the beach was not who you thought it was. We always knew that there were a lot of character plot points and character beats that would be revealed in this moment. But, to bring them all together and get it all in under an hour was a challenge.”

Daniel shocked Emily by asking her to run off with him.

One of the more touching scenes in tonight’s episode was when Nolan strongly urged Emily to run off with Jack to Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where he was going to leave to do missionary work. Mann was emotional when explaining how Nolan’s relationship to Emily is not that far removed from the one the actor has with his co-star. “When I think about Nolan and Emily’s love it’s the same deep respect and friendship that I have for Emily VanCamp and so art imitates life imitates art and back and forth and I’m very moved at just looking at this overview of what this year has meant to all of us and wrapping up this story and really only just begun. It’s really a beautiful emotional bookend to a very incredible time for all of us.”

For the rest of the characters on the show, expect tonight’s happenings to spark a lot of new directions for each of them. Case in point, Daniel, who looked like a lost puppy when he turned up on the beach with blood on the front of his white tuxedo. But whose arms did he fall into? Not his beloved fiancé’s but the all-to-eager arms of Mother Victoria (Madeleine Stowe). Is this a sign that Victoria will regain the strong hold she had on her son prior to Emily entering the picture? “Well, to a certain extent, yeah,” said Bowman, his British accent upping his overall appeal, “but he’s gone through a traumatic experience with this and you’ll see in the next couple of episodes what happens and it will explain what has happened and what took place on that beach.”

Things are also going to get more complicated for good guy Jack (Nick Wechsler), who found his estranged girlfriend Amanda (the real Emily Thorne, played by Margarita Levieva) on the beach with the dead body. For at least the next few episodes, Jack is only going to want one thing – answers. But will he get them since Amanda was last seen driving off in the sweet ride of Emily’s mentor, Satoshi Takeda (Hiroyuki Sanada)? “If I found my girl on a beach over a body and I made the decision to be like ‘Ok, you f*cking take my car and get out of here’ and then she’s gone and I have to figure out what to do with this body, I would want to talk with her again,” Wechsler said. “I’d be like ‘tell me everything! Just knowing what it is that we’re involved in explains a lot but I still need to hear it from you’ and I need to know that she’s okay. He’s going to want to seek out that information.”

Amanda (Margarita Levieva) and Jack (Nick Wechsler)

Moving forward, his occasional playmate Tyler may be gone, but expect Nolan to find some action in the bedroom sooner rather than later. “I’ve been told it is an utter no-brainer that he will absolutely get laid and probably any number of times,” Mann, grinning ear to ear, said of Nolan. “As to who the partners are, where they emerge from and how they wind their way into his life, I wait eagerly as I get each new episode to find out. I think we may tease it into a potential second season, if we’re so fortunate, but absolutely there’s going to be love and lots of trouble.”

When asked which gender Nolan will more than likely tussle in the sack with, Mann smiled and said, “I’ve got my fingers crossed that it’s both and preferably all at the same time. Maybe there’s a very complicated, sexually active love triangle. Threesomes? Nolan’s down for whatever.” That said, Mann is curious to see what would happen if something beyond just the physical would develop for Nolan. “I’d love to see what he did with a real romantic love and how that would affect him. To really have his affection reciprocated in a way that even the people that he’s ‘close to’ don’t really give it back to him.”

As for the other actors in the cast, they are very aware that they are on a show with a lot of heat and a lot of that comes from the good-looking men on screen. Does that in itself create pressure? Maybe a little. “I try to be consistently ready for anything,” said Connor Paolo, who plays Jack’s younger brother, Declan (and played gay Eric van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl prior to this role). “You never know when you’re going to be naked on the beach…I’m working with four – Henry Czerny (Conrad Grayson), Josh Bowman, Nick Wechsler and Gabriel Mann – who are the most gorgeous men in history so I have to maintain a certain level of decorum.”

Connor Paolo in a scene with Gabriel Mann (left) and a shirtless Nick Wechsler

Wechsler said it’s all about timing for him. “Like most of us do, I’m in a constant state of being under construction and I don’t want to reveal it until it’s ready but I have to if they write it in. I only get a little bit of lead-time. They’ll tell me two weeks before ‘You’ll have a shirtless scene in the next one’ and it’s like ‘Oh, f**k, I can’t change that much weight in two weeks and I don’t have the restraint necessary so I just keep eating cake on set.”

What happened:
Daniel tackes Tyler, gun falls to sand
They like fight or something, squabble in the sand. Takeda picks up a rock
Daniel gets the gun, shoots Tyler in the heart/surrounding area.
Tyler falls asking for help
Takeda goes over, knocks Daniel out with a rock. Takeda picks up the gun, shoots Tyler's other 2 shots in the back. Takeda drags Daniel behind the dune.

He "took care" of Amanda. Hopefully not dead :'(

Emily/Takeda ninja fight in her house, he says that Daniel/Jack are in trouble, and she can only save one. Emily throws her Infinity Box away, and the ep ends.

HIATUS UNTIL APRIL :'( :'(

INTERVIEW:
Show content
This afternoon, the Los Angeles' Paley Center for Media hosted a live Q&A with the cast and crew of ABC's new hit series, Revenge which returns with all new episodes on Wednesday, April 11th at 10pm. It's unfortunate that we couldn't all be in attendance, but the Paley Center provided us with the next best thing: a live stream of the event! If you missed it, have no fear. For all the scoop, check out the archived live blog from the event right after the jump!

3:35pm - While the live stream begins at 3:55pm ET / 12:55pm PT, the Q&A is not expected to begin before 4:20pm ET / 1:20pm PT. Adjust your schedules accordingly.

4:25pm - The cast is with us, ladies and gentlemen. My internet connection is slowwwwww, so excuse the wait between updates.

4:28pm - They always knew it wouldn't be Daniel dead on the beach. They knew he'd be murdering Tyler.

4:29pm - Am I the only one who didn't know that Josh Bowman was Australian?

4:32pm - The season will end on a cliffhanger. The trial will be fully underway in episode 18.

4:33pm - Future episodes this season will focus on origin stories.

4:34pm - We'll be taking a trip back to 2002, the night where that picture was taken featuring a young Emily in the background as a waitress. In case you forgot, I'm referring to the picture Lydia almost used to take down Emily before her accident. We'll also be taking a trip back to the year 1990.

4:38pm - Daniel will eventually come to realize that both his mother and Emily are hiding a plethora of secrets from him. He'll eventually be in the know about his the revenge, at least somewhat.

4:39pm - Daniel is definitely a Grayson. He didn't have to shoot Tyler on the beach. He could have used another form of self defense. He's at a crossroads where he'll have to choose between good and evil.

4:41pm - Victoria's gonna hire people to "beat the living daylights" out of Daniel in Riker's. It'll force the proper authorities to get him out before other prisoners do much worse. And Daniel's gonna find out about her involvement in his beating. Oh boy!

4:44pm - The producers really seem to love the relationship between Conrad and Charlotte, as do I. As do I!

4:48pm - "This divorce [between Victoria and Conrad] could go on for years," according to Henry Czerny. "Vengence is coming," says Madeleine Stowe.

4:50pm - There's still stuff we don't know about where [Victoria] has come from and who she once was, and we'll learn more about her past in the final six episodes of the season. "At the end of the day, she wants to purify herself," says Stowe.

4:51pm - Stowe compares Victoria to Tony Soprano. Says she loves shows that yank the audience around.

4:52pm - Victoria can sense another animal (a.k.a. Emily) when she sees one!

4:53pm - Emily and Victoria have a lot more in common than they know. What they do share though that we all know of is their love for David Clarke, according to Emily VanCamp.

4:55pm - "We have a good time! [Emily] gets a lot of pleasure out of making Victoria's life miserable," says VanCamp.

4:57pm - "People wanna see the takedown of the rich right now," says VanCamp. "But you're rich," examines Stowe.

4:59pm - The last stretch of episodes in this first season will deal with where (and if) Emily is willing to cross certain lines.

5:01pm - Emily is truly confused about her feelings. She is still deeply in love with Jack, but she can't deny her feelings for Daniel any longer.

5:02pm - Satoshi would prefer she choose neither man. She's in the Hamptons for a reason, and that's revenge. Her goals have become twisted because of her love for both Daniel and Jack.

5:03pm - Her list for revenge will expand!

5:06pm - They can't stress it enough: Nolan and Emily are not related.

5:07pm - For Emily, Nolan is the only person in her life that keeps her from feeling alone. He's the only one who understands her. There's a sibling-like bond there, but they aren't related.

5:09pm - Did you guy know Gabriel Mann is 39? Yeah, he is! Read that online the other day. I doubt Nolan is that old though. Likely in his late twenties like Emily.

5:11pm - They're currently discussing wardrobe. Can't say I'm interested. Mann does say though that Nolan's wardrobe is like his armor. It attracts attention, but separates him from the pack.

5:13pm - We will get back to the fact that Ashley was the one who leaked the crime scene photos to the press, but in the episodes they've shot that we haven't seen yet, it hasn't been brought up.

5:14pm - Ashley started out so sweet and innocent. What happened there? Victoria Grayson happened! The queen bee of the Hamptons rubbed off on her!

5:18pm - Ashley will have a definite shift in loyalty coming up!

5:19pm - What's on Connor Paolo's head?

5:20pm - Declan will be dealing with Charlotte's pill addiction, still cope with his father's death, and... Jack's trial? Did Connor say that? Spoiler?

5:21pm - Audience Q&A time. Let's see if they have anything interesting to ask!

5:26pm - Is Jack's heart with Amanda or Emily? Both, according to Nick Wechsler. He's torn, but you have to consider the circumstances. Emily rejected him, and Amanda seems to be the girl from his past. He'll always have a draw to Emily, but he doesn't understand the connection, and he can't do anything about it. He's leaning towards Amanda now, even if it isn't wise.

5:27pm - Nolan has a share in Grayson Global? That should be an interesting story! And just to clarify, David Clarke invested in Nolan's company before he went into prison.

5:35pm - Sorry, lost my connection! I'm back!

5:36pm - The last question of the evening is about what they'd want to sum up if they only had 5 or 6 more episodes for the entire series. Why ask that? No one is doubting there's going to be a season 2! Don't worry, folks.

5:40pm - If they only had those 5 episodes, Emily would love to see her character take all of her enemies down Dexter style!

5:41pm - Oh, never mind. Bowman's English, not Australian. Sorry, I suck at accents!

5:42pm - And that's a wrap. Thanks for joining me this evening. Revenge returns with all new episodes on Wednesday, April 11th! Did you enjoy today's panel?

Revenge Scoop: Emily's Expanding Hit List, the Truth About Her Mom and Two Flashbacks

Revenge hasn't been renewed for a second season yet, but that hasn't stopped series boss Mike Kelley and the rest of the writers from forging ahead with the next steps in Emily's revengenda.
"Obviously, we're going to end with a cliff-hanger," Kelley said Sunday at the show's PaleyFest panel, moderated by TV Guide Magazine's Debra Birnbaum.

Heading into the season finale, there will be new drama, new alliances, and "a lot more questions, so we have a great launching pad for Season 2," Kelley said. Although he knows a renewal is "not a guarantee," everyone is hopeful. Either way, a tentative plan is better than no plan at all, especially after the success the show has had with planning ahead (see also: the Labor Day weekend Fire & Ice Ball). "Flying blind is not as fun as knowing where you're going," Kelley said.

What else should fans should expect before the end of the year? Here are nine points ahead on Emily's twisty road to revenge:

1. Emily's waitressing days revealed. Kelley said that an entire upcoming episode will take place in 2002 at Lydia's New Year's Eve party, at which Emily served her future revenge targets (as seen in the photo Lydia found shortly before her disastrous fall). "We just thought it would be really terrific to do an entire episode... that takes place in 2002," Kelley said. "We get to bring back all of the people that [Emily's] taken down in Season 1." At the time of the party, Emily was still trying to grapple with all the information her father left her in his journals. "There's a really big event at the New Year's Eve party and its really sort of solidifies what her father has been telling her in these journals," she said. Producers will push the clock back even further when the show flashes back to when Victoria first met David Clarke back in 1990.

2. And what about the original Mrs. David Clarke? Very little is known about Emily's mom, but new information will slowly surface later this season. "We'll find out certainly more about what happened to her mother," Kelley said. "It's really exciting and it's all ... leading towards a lot more story if we get a Season 2." Could the mysterious woman in question make an appearance, whether it be in present time or a flashback? "I think it'd be great to see her mother," Kelley teased. There's even the possibility that David Clarke may not really be dead. When asked, Kelley said "My answer is...," before a taking a sip of water. If David comes back from the dead, Kelley said it wouldn't happen until Season 2.

3. Will she or won't she? That question will come up not once, but twice for Emily. The first will be when she must face "the ultimate line," Kelley teased. "Will she or won't she cross it? It's really interesting to me to see just how far she'll go." That dilemma rises just as Emily loses her way a bit and starts to feel guilty about the consequences of (some of) her actions. "I think there is definitely a line she won't cross, but that's what interesting about her," Emily VanCamp said. I don't think she thought through a lot of the collateral damage." The second time that question comes up will be in regards to her unrequited - and well-hidden - feelings for Jack while Daniel is locked up. "[Amanda] leaving again and Daniel being removed from the equation, that could open some door of possibility," Nick Wechsler said. However, Emily won't be able to turn off her growing feelings for Daniel. "Someone makes a decision and that betrays that relationship. ... It kind of steers one way coming up," VanCamp said. "You get to see how far she is willing to go for Daniel as well as Jack."

4. Emily's revengenda is growing. "The list will expand," Kelley said of Emily's targets, "and we'll get a lot more specific." Looking further into the future, Kelley said he is excited to dive into the many videotaped interviews author Mason Treadwell catalogued for his book on David Clarke. Those interviews will only add to the information David already provided Emily in his journals. "We look forward to exploring all those next season," he said.

5. Revenge is not about to turn into Law & Order. It usually takes months for a murder allegation to even make it to trial, but in Southampton, the allegations against Daniel will be swiftly handled in the next three episodes, when the series presses the fast-forward button to mid-December and the middle of his trial. "We wrap up the prosecution's case in the first couple of minutes of Episode 18 and then we launch into the defense of Daniel Grayson," Kelley said. "I believe the trial is done in Episode 19, so we take care of this in short order."

6. Mommie Dearest. In the next episode, Daniel will get very bloodied and bruised by several other inmates, who we will later find out were sent by ... his mother?! "Victoria would do anything to protect her son," Madeleine Stowe said. "In reality, would you do that for your son if you know he could receive much worse in prison?" However, it will definitely cause some problems when Daniel finds out the truth. "He'll have to find someone new [to trust]," Kelley said, adding that Daniel will gain "a new respect and understanding" for his father.

7. No more Mr. Nice (and Slightly Clueless) Grayson. When Daniel is (presumably) freed from prison, he won't return to the Grayson compound the same man he was before. "He remembers quite a bit and he's definitely catching on to something," Josh Bowman said. "He's going to come to a crossroads about making a decision between good and evil." He is, after all, a Grayson. Added Kelley: "He's no angel. He shot a guy. He didn't have to. He could have done something different with that moment but he didn't."

8. Who will save Charlotte? After learning the real identity of her father, Charlotte has been in a deep downward spiral that might be too much for her and Declan's young love to overcome. "I don't think Declan understands the scope of how deep it goes or how shattered she is," Connor Paolo said. But "he's more of a rock than he might have otherwise appeared." Christa B. Allen isn't so convinced her on-screen boyfriend will be her knight in shining armor. "I think ultimately Charlotte needs somebody to step in and guide her in the right direction and it remains to be seen whether it is Declan," she says.

9. Ashley may go to the dark side. "I think that there's a duality in her. Nobody is all good or all bad," Ashley Madekwe said. And although the actress believes that Ashley and Emily's relationship started as a genuine friendship, it may not stay that way for long. "She'll have a definite shift in loyalty coming up," Kelley said. "She's going to do something that she has to make a big decision about regarding [Emily]." One thing is for sure, Madekwe is ready and willing to fill in the void left by dearly departed psycho villain Tyler. "If I had my way, she would be running around with an ax killing everybody," she said with a laugh.

OMG why is there no episode on tonight? God Channel 7 is absolutely useless.  :gaah:

I supose it was because of Easter. Seven didn't have Revenge, Ten didn't have new NCIS: LA (aired a rerun), but Nine had TWO new Alcatraz episodes. Those three shows usually air at the same time, so I've gotta record 2 and watch 1, but this week things were simpler!

REVENGE RENEWED!!!!!

ABC isn't stopping with the Once Upon a Time renewal, no sir!

The network has given notification of pickup to six other series besides OUAT, E! News has confirmed. So who's in and who's out?

MORE: Cougar Town Boss Talks Move to TBS: How Does Cast Really Feel, and Are They Making Less?

ABC has renewed four dramas: Once Upon a Time, Revenge, Grey's Anatomy and Castle, and three comedies: Modern Family, The Middle and Suburgatory.

Before fans of other ABC series start a panic riot, know that the rest have not exactly been put to rest in the TV graveyard. Still awaiting their fate: Body of Proof, Last Man Standing, Private Practice, Missing, Scandal, Happy Endings and GCB. It's a safe bet that some of these series will get the Community treatment and get a shortened episode order.

More renewal news will continue to come out as the networks prepare for Upfront presentations next week in New York City.

All right, time to let loose your reactions to this renewal news. We'll meet you down in the comments.

Remember when ABC Sundays were all about chicks? Well they still are, sorta, but with more of a dark edge. The pastels of Desperate Housewives and GCB have been replaced with the very strong Revenge and new drama 666 Park Avenue, about a haunted apartment building in New York. Once Upon a Time starts the evening off at 8pm. This is a great scheduling move by ABC and should keep Sundays strong for the network.

http://www.wetpaint.com/revenge/articles/revenge-season-2-new-character-roundup

Hamptons real estate is about to take off. With the premiere of Revenge Season 2 exactly a month away, show creator Mike Kelley has added a slew of new, sexy, and potentially evil characters for the show’s sophomore run.

The list was getting almost too long to manage, so we decided to provide a comprehensive list to help you prepare.

Emily Thorne’s Mother

It looks like the queen of Revenge is actually a princess. In the Season 1 finale, Ems learns that mommy dearest isn’t six feet under like she originally thought. Her mother, Kara Wilkins, will be played by actress Jennifer Jason Leigh, and is supposedly deeply disturbed. Her introduction this season will make Emily question her own path — and her sanity.

Conrad Grayson’s Pre-Victoria Family

The Grayson Global CEO had a wife and kids before marrying Victoria. In fact, the Hamptons queen admits to stealing Conrad from his wife, just like Lydia stole him from Queen Vic in Season 1. According to Mike Kelley, this former family will “come into play in Season 2.”

Hideo Kita

This newcomer is a “brilliant and imposing Japanese business owner in his 40s or 50s. He’ll help Emily, but he’s got secrets of his own.” And we bet he’s got some connections to Em’s former mentor Satoshi Takeda.

Ethan

This new Brit has ties to Emily’s past and could serve as a love interest for her in Season 2. But the cutie, played by actor Barry Sloane, has some deeper issues and knew Emily at a time when both were “angry kids ... both from the same situation.”

Trey Chandler

To help Declan Porter deal with the private school stress, Revenge is introducing a new “preppy misfit” friend, played by Michael Nardelli, who will try to get the Decster to cut loose and have some fun. We’re picturing a Chuck Bass/Nate Archibald relationship circa Constance Prep days.

Bouncing Baby Porter?

We’re not sure if Fauxmanda’s baby will be born this season, but she’s definitely pregnant. She’s expecting a baby boy, and though she claims he’s fathered by Jack, she and Takeda were gone for a while after the beach shooting...

Padma

After Nolan’s steamy hook up with Tyler Barrol last season, the bi-sexual babe is moving onto something new: a female love interest! Padma, played by Indian actress Dilshad Vadsaria,  is a “gorgeous, fiercely intelligent, pop culture savvy financial whiz who brings her own spin to her job at Nolan’s company.”

Eve

Since party planner Ashley Davenport is moving up on the food chain, it’s about time she got a protégé of her own. No news yet on whether this newcomer will be a friend or foe, but chances are she’s up to no good!

Conrad’s New Love Interest

Actor Henry Czerny was clearly not prepped for speaking with the press when he revealed that Lydia Davis will, in fact, be the big death from the Season 1 finale. This opens up a spot on the Conrad Grayson highway of love. Any takers? It looks like Conrad will have his share of romance this season, but there are no concrete details yet on whom he picks.

Daniel Grayson’s New Half Brother

Conrad’s son from his previous marriage (see above) will play a major role this season in making Daniel’s life a living hell. He’s described as “the smart and sexy heir” who meddles in Danny’s personal and professional life.
Victoria Grayson’s Mother

Who taught Victoria Grayson her evil ways? It looks like we’re about to find out. Casting is underway for the woman who birthed the Ice Queen. Will she be even more terrifying than Vicky?

Raymond

In what’s been called a recurring role, Raymond is a “self-assured Hamptonite with some rough edges. Luckily, he has enough fancy clothes and a nice set of wheels to cover them up — for now.”  A confident millionaire? Sounds like a dangerous combination in the Hamptons.

Kenny

Played by Teen Wolf actor JR Bourne, Kenny is a “magnetic, self-assured Hamptons resident who tries to hide his rough edges behind his fancy clothes and Mercedes.” Kenny sounds a lot like Raymond ... did they get the names mixed up?

Destiny

No one in the Hamptons is a major fan of Fauxmanda Clarke, so when it comes time for her baby shower, she has to import guests. One of those is Destiny, Amanda’s stripper friend from the good ol’ days!
Nicole Fisk

This ruthless reporter “looking for all the summer scoop” is checking into a missing persons case. She’d better watch her back if she doesn’t want the wrath of Emily Thorne!
Sexy New Doctor

With the murders and drug overdoses that seem to plague the Hamptons, it makes sense that the hospital would require a sexy doc. TV Guide described this newcomer as a “smart and handsome doctor in his late 30s who is the founder of a recovery center.” And though we originally thought he could be a new love interest for Victoria Grayson, he probably will play an instrumental role in helping Charlotte overcome her addiction.

Helen

This newcomer will serve as Conrad’s main professional competition. Played by actress Wendy Crewson, this role is currently set as a guest spot with the potential to become recurring.
Hamptons Detective

This snooper is described as a “gruff one, who is looking into a recent missing persons case.” Could it be Victoria Grayson’s escape?

News Anchor

Apparently this missing persons case is big news because Revenge is bringing in a news anchor to “report on the tragic crime.”

New Villain

Actress Emily VanCamp recently revealed that she’s up against a new villain in Season 2 who “broadens the definition of revenge.” No clues on his name (the White-Haired Man didn’t even need one), but we think he might be the man in black Emily threatens in the Season 2 promo.

People From Emily’s Time in Foster Care

We know that Ems was sent to juvie for attacking her abusive foster father. Could we possibly see this flashback? We always love to see a good Emily Thorne ass kicking.

People From “Revenge School” With Takeda

Emily wasn’t the only one who trained with Takeda. This season, we’ll learn more about his character and see some of the others involved in his “Revenge School.” We also know that he’s connected with Emily being tied to the wooden post in the pilot, so we can’t wait to learn more!

Which new character are you most excited for! Tell us below!

Indeed! The ending was just so fitting - Victoria suffering the fate she put Kara through... loved it!

Can't wait to see how things evolve from here, especially with David in the picture!

And the big question here is:  did Nolan know that David Clarke was alive all this time?  :snicker:

I knew David Clarke was alive, I just knew it!  He must have offered more to Conrad's flunkies to help him fake his own death.  OMG--What is Emily, Victoria, and Charlotte going to say if and when they find out :o :o :o

I wonder if Nolan was supposed to be David's helper to aid Emily to exact the revenge David wanted OR was Nolan in the dark and David from a distance watched his daughter do his dirty work?  :oh :stare :oh :stare

All very interesting points! I can't wait to find out! :hoot: :hoot:

Back when we were watching one of the very first episodes of the show, my mum said "in the end, he's gonna be alive"... nice prediction!

I guess it was the correct conjecture after all since the beginning. If we think that the core of the show has basically the same plot than The Count of Montecristo with a couple twists (i.e. Emily executing the revenge instead of David), the logic suggested he should be alive.

So far this season has a lot going on. Emily's Dad coming back, Victoria getting out of the asylum and snagging Em's father back into her hooks! Poor girl what will she do? This is the last season for the show, and I hope Victoria gets what she derves and Emily doesnt turn into Victoria Jr.!

Yes. And the Queen V is really dead.  :(

No twists like David's returning from the grave. Confirmed by Madeline Stowe in a recent interview, we'll see her only in flashbacks.

Regardless of ratings or whatever, the story has run its course and I think it needs to end here. Personally, I think it should've ended last season because Season 4 has been a bit of a stretch, but hopefully they end it well in any case.

LOL IKR, and I loved Sammy 2.0 instead of babies LMAO.

Only thing I was disappointed about was that I wanted to see a Nolouise reuniting before it ended but oh well.
