I don't know where you can find the seasons in order bdearl but a youtube search should get you results :).

GSN is running TAR 1-8. Fox Reality Channel has TAR 10-11.

No US channel has the rights to TARA. YouTube did have TARA up, but Sony has forced it to take many of the posted episodes down. In addition, many members who posted them are now suspended.

Wow. I tried one of the ARA1 links and it worked just fine. You can also do it with Torrents, but that is considerably more complex. If you are interested in that, bdearl, send me a Personal Message.
