I am trying to reconcile these pieces of info.  The first one pins the Lake Powell departure date as July 23rd.  The second one says the race was in Moab on the 24th.  The only interpretation that lets for both to be correct is to assume that the production staffer (and Phil) stayed the night in Moab while the racers stayed in Green River.

The date of the Balloon task is July 26th with high certainty due to specific weather conditions that were identified by theschnauzers at TWoP and some supporting astronomical data examined in the thread for Ep10.

Tme line for July 29-31 looks good.  Since Bransens look to be without backpacks and are dressed the same and one girl is carrying a black bag, it looks like they may be the final team to be Philamated.

See you guys don't miss me at all!

Updated.

Some specific information has been provided by Bill Gaghan as banredbeans over at TWoP.  It presents a TAR first where teams received less than 12 hours for the Panama Pit Stop.

Why they got only 10 hours defies reason because all of the teams had to go and wait 10 hours or so at the bus station right after they got their initial clue.   *(^

Thanks Bill  |#'
