I'm seeing mainly internal US flights with United through noon today. There is a flight to Tokyo at 10:50 AM and a few flights to Mexican destinations. There are several flights to Houston and they could connect there to Central or South America.

Had some time to take a crack at the flights! Have highlighted the most "logical" flights from a production point-of-view in red, although there might be other flights I haven't found yet!

Leg 2: Tobago to Bogota

We know Leg 1 (Tobago) took place on 11 Nov and Leg 4 (Asuncion) took place on 17 Nov. Given none of the first few legs had any complicated travel routings, it's likely that these were spaced out evenly, with Leg 2 taking place on 13 Nov and Leg 3 taking place on 15 Nov.

Tobago hardly has any international flights, so it's likely teams flew or sailed back to Trinidad to leave the country. From Trinidad, the best options are via Panama:

If teams left the evening of 12 Nov:
CM 365 from Port of Spain to Panama City: 12 Nov 1736-1951
CM 659 from Panama City to Bogota: 12 Nov 2117-2255

But more likely, to avoid Hours of Operation bunching:

There are other options via Miami, New York, and Houston, but these are less efficient routings that don't make sense unless the Panama flights are sold out.

Leg 3: Bogota to Manaus

There are a couple of options, with two arriving at night and requiring an Hours of Operation bunch:

Thanks to Docol we know teams were racing in the late afternoon of 17 Nov. This means teams most likely took the following flights:
G3 1641 from Manaus to Sao Paulo: 17 Nov 0300-0905 (or any other flight; there are plenty)
G3 7480 from Sao Paulo to Asuncion: 17 Nov 1150-1255

Leg 5: Asuncion to Paris

Teams were seen checking into the Pit Stop by late morning of 20 Nov, so it's likely that teams took a red-eye flight from South America to Paris:

AF 229 from Buenos Aires EZE to Paris: 19 Nov 1435-0750+1

Leg 6: Paris to Berlin

Too many possible flights to list here, both direct and connecting through Amsterdam, Frankfurt, and Munich.
It's also possible that teams took a train between Paris and Berlin; an overnight train takes about 13 hours.

Leg 7: Berlin to Almaty

Berlin has very few international flights, so most likely teams would be connecting through Frankfurt or Munich.

I happened to run into some of the crew transiting in Frankfurt, waiting for LH 648 to Almaty: 23 Nov 1320-0050+1. Didn't see any teams though.

If teams were released in the morning, they'd arrive at night and be forced to wait for Hours of Operation:

This one is strange. Teams were seen racing in Manila by mid-morning on 2 Dec. If teams were released that morning in Siem Reap, the earliest they could have arrived in Manila was the late afternoon. This means they were released the evening of 1 Dec instead, which would have allowed them to get on this direct flight, landing them in Manila in the middle of the night:

Leg 12: Manila to New Orleans

Teams were sighted at the airport at around 6pm on 3 Dec.

The routing with the least amount of connections would be via Los Angeles:

However, production doesn't seem to like that Philippine Airlines flight; they actively avoided it in TAR 25, connecting through Tokyo instead. If their preference holds, teams are more likely to have taken:

Took me a few days to find this, but we know that teams were spotted in Sao Paulo on the 14th November. So we know they flew from Bogota-Sao Paulo-Manaus.

Neobie, I researched there is a high speed ICE (Intercity Express) train from Paris to Berlin which takes to 8 hours as teams have arrived in the middle of the night of November 21/22 in Berlin.

However, we know that the journey from the airport to the market takes 20min, that Victoria/Michelle spent at least an hour on the boat (20min x 3), plus another 34min looking for the clue at the U-Turn. Sunset on 14 Nov was 5:52pm. Did all of them, including last-place Jerry/Frank, take less than 43min on the tasks?

To add to the mystery, the clock in the taxi "leaving the airport" reads 6:20 or 8:20, and the tasks at the market clearly show the sun shining from the East.

Yeah, but connections in Sao Paulo have them waiting a lot of time in Sao Paulo, and also the show shows them arriving on a Copa flight. I think they flew via Panama City.

I am curious about the Paris and Berlin transport as I was vacaying in Paris and Berlin some 72-96 hours ahead of the racers - and interestingly enough, I too went from Paris to Berlin from Gare De L'Est to Hauptbahnhof, but had a stopover in Karlsruhe for a supper stop, while I suspect the racers went there directly(?) or may have had a stopover on their way to Berlin.

I will tell you I was in Paris Nov 11-12, traveling overnight on the train to Berlin Nov 12-13 and in Berlin Nov 13, which pegs them at least 72 hours behind me.

I believe the transport for all seven teams from Paris to Berlin to start leg 6 was something like this, since the first train to Berlin from Paris doesn't leave until 0720 and the last team (Kaylynn and Haley) began the leg before 6am, which gives them plenty of time to make it to the Gare De L'Est and purchase tickets to the train.

This is from the Seat61 website and also Deutsche Bahn apparently no longer displays schedules from that point in Nov 2018 (maybe a way to find that from the archives somewhere) and German train schedules change every 6 or 12 months.

As where I've researched on the flight from Almaty to Hyderabad in a mega-leg. The teams took on those flights:

As an aside, the then existing Schönefeld Airport does have international flights, but these are usually via Ryanair or to the former Eastern bloc, since that used to be the main airport for the former East Berlin. But apparently that is moot since the racers went through Tegel.
