I'm gonna make a guess and say that the pictures of the snowy leg are the missing leg in North America, most probably Alaska. The ones with Jarrod carrying fish are definitely Portugal, based on the mosaics lining the streets. The ones with the castles in the background are probably Croatia and I'm almost sure the beach and rappel pics are from Thailand.
The story so far:
In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move

Cap 37 is St. Petersburg.
Nice eye. It's right next to the Church of the Spilled Blood (streetview here). Going by the clothes, I'm guessing 73-74 are in St. Pete as well, but I haven't found any matching buildings.

11 and 12 are in Thailand... 70 is in Angkor Wat (I think!). 74 shows an intersection.

Caps 76 and 77 are definitely Hosea Kutako International Airport in Windhoek.

The image below is exactly similar as teams arriving in Namibia.

Bringing over Slowhatch's great post from Discussion!

I'm not sure where this would go, because of the interesting way this ep was structured: it's not intro caps but more of a "season preview" as alltsa mentioned, so I'll try here.

The first picture looks like Cat/Jessie and that's definitely Dubrovnik.

The next two pictures are from Cascais, near Lisbon. In the first pic you can see Seixas palace in the background, and the second is on Rue Frederico Arouca (source).

The winter pics (dogsledding/cannibal hot tub) are the most interesting. On one helmet you can see the outline of кострома/Kostroma oblast and a dogsled logo. There is an international race
(albeit out in the boonies) with an Aussie connection (video). Maybe the race goes there, or maybe production had them brought up from Kotkishevo to St. Pete. Or maybe the helmets were just made there  :) --take your pick.

Strange thing about the cannibal hot-tub (#20/#26): it must be a production re-creation. The only mentions I can find are from the one place (the BritishBanya) at one time: the Sochi Olympics (even Matt and Al got in on the act). According to the transcript here, the owner invented the "hot pot" by copying a Japanese bath and adding chain swings.

Do we know about any other african countries visited on TAR AU 3 than Namibia? I tried to find anything about the african tribe seen on the caps - red-black-yellow clothing seems distinctive but so far no luck...

Cap 39 is Ashley & Jarrod in Argentina. The house on the right is similar to the ones on the suburban areas of Buenos Aires and the car's tapestry is usually seen in cabs here.

I posted this upstream, but since you mentioned Argentina, it got me thinking: carriage rides are offered by some of the estancias near Buenos Aires.

No, Peach. They're different. Look:

Tyson clothes are different color.

Carriages are different.

That cap can't be Dubrovnik. It's impossible to fit Croatia into this route right now.

Heh. It is 100% Dubrovnik.  :<3

TAR 12, Leg 6, I think the best spoiled leg we ever had. Bet Slowhatch and I could walk every inch of this city blindfolded.

See the Dubrovik awesomeness here, bet we see some tasks reused. Such as zipping or rappelling down the  Bokar Fort.
