If they are in Malta, tell me. Right now I am @ Luqa Airport, Malta. Seen nothing suspicious...

Kiwi Jay that route looks pretty accurate to me, only thing that we never cleared up were the Denmark/Sweden being one leg or two seperate legs, if they are two seperate legs then that would make Sicily Leg 8  :waves:

Don Task - the lady is saying they are in the streets of Valetta - however, it is 1.25am...it is plausible given them being sited in Sicily...

Spoiler indicated they were headed away from Ferry Terminal and headed towards Castille (a hotel?) in the Valletta district of Malta.

The green team spotted in Malta im thinking must be either Keith/Whitney or the wrestlers, I think, unless racers changed into different color clothing ???

Gosh, I promise I have been in that same exact spot as the pic taken.

FMI, W&J Coppini & Co are some financial services, with 4 different offices around Malta. That one is clearly the one in Valetta.

My uncle also went to Malta a long time ago, and he went via Palermo, so there should probably still be direct flights from Palermo to Valletta. If they went by ferry, then it is another chance. Mediterranean legs <3

Remember the pic from A19 from Phil today. We spec about his destiny between Messina and Catania. Ferries to Malta depart from Catania (at least all the ones I've been consulting till now).  ;)

I do think they have decided that a little spoiler fun is FUN for them as well. Just look at the open NYC start...who woulda thunk that a few years back? And cast/locations just really make people MORE interested not less. I think it is brilliant.

Peach, you know I've been saying this for years, and I cannot tell you how pleased I am to see that, for at least this season, TPTB are trying it out. I think it does help the buzz factor even though most of the TV critics try to avoid spoilers like the plague, and don't know how to make sense of it.

It seems likely if they came by ferry, it is through Catania. time matches fairly well too.

No, the "red" team (it was very dark, colors are unclear), had at least one woman.

The only other red team is Amy & Maya, so can I be excited that they may still be on the race?  :luvya: I don't think we've seen any other team wearing red before

Keep in mind color clothing the racers wear can change.  I really dont think the firefighters are still around those guys are big and would really stand out just my two cents  :funny:

What do we think we will see? I vote for the Bell Tower for Pitstop!

And hoping they do something in the Blue Grotto.

Great minds think alike!

ROUTE INFO:  "FLY TO THE CITY WHERE IS LOCATED THE ONLY SIGNED WORK IN THE WORLD OF CARAVAGGIO AND GO TO THE PLACE WHERE IS DISPLAYED.”
Teams must now discover that they have to fly almost 995 miles to the capital of the island of Malta, Valletta. After landing, they had to go to the place where is displayed the only one work of Caravaggio signed in the world, the Co-Cathedral of St. John.

DETOUR:  "ON THE GROUND OR IN THE WATER"
Teams must choose now between two activities related to the many ones visited by tourists in Malta. The choices:  "On the ground" or "In the water".
"In the water" requires teams to travel to Blue Grotto, a paradisiac cave on the maltese shore near the town of Qrendi. Once there, they have to take a leap from a cliff at 131 feet high to the Mediterranean sea and swim into the cave to retrieve their next clue

ROUTE INFO:  "DRIVE YOURSELVES TO THE NEXT PIT STOP, SIEGE BELL WAR MEMORIAL."
Teams must now drive themselves to the Siege Bell War Memorial. This memorial build to honor the memories of the soldiers who fell protecting the island during the World War II is the Pit Stop of this leg of the race.  The last team to check in there, may be eliminated.
