Kass did not make the right move - it was highly irrational from her position. I think she got too personal with her decision ultimately.

That said, it was great drama.

They already had Sarah on their side, so Sarah wouldn't have flipped later on, and Kass would still be in the majority. Even if she did flip later on, they would still have a majority not to worry.
