I would really love a visit to the Colorado area and have like a Rocky Mountain/Snow Task for the final leg. I think it could be a great opportunity to showcase the Rockies in HD!

I think Houston is due for a finish(or start). It is one of the largest metropolitan areas in the country. It is also very hot
traffic can be a nightmare. There are plenty of areas nearby for tasks and pit stops or finish lines.

I think Portland is due for a finale again.  TAR13 was okay but I wished they did more.  The weather here for this week is sunny with temps in the upper 80s/90s.  The Portland area has a lot of things to do if the race came back here like Mt Hood/Ski Bowl, Washington Park Zoo/Rose Test Garden, Willamette River waterfront (perfect for a Dragonboat task), and much more.  I would be free to poke around on this Tuesday/Wednesday.

OMG I had a feeling Myanmar / Burma would be visited! How exciting, what an amazing place it is! And so glad they can finally go there - unless Peach is wrong (which is not often) So maybe, just maybe we will see Qatar and Myanmar. What fantastic destinations if so...

And the two cameras in the front are shooting to the work station on the right, and not to the girls.

Looks like Japan again to me seeing the kimono-dressed lady behind one of those weird structures. :groan: I hope I'm wrong and it's South Korea.

What are they trying to make or function?

Peach isn't the only one who's been hoping for a Myanmar leg (I've been expecting one since Aung San Suu Kyi was released from house arrest and was elected to Parliament.)

So is it possible one of the alleged double legs weren't and Myanmar was visited instead? And Japan sets up a long, extra long flight for the final leg.

losaguy, they will be on their 22nd day of filming Monday 1 July US Time/Tuesday 2 July Tokyo time, and that's about the actual average length of filming beginning with TAR 13. And I have been expecting them to finish up around the 4th of July.

Yangon? It sure looks a lot like the corner of Polk/Vallejo in SF (viewpoint here).

It does look like SF, but on the website with the pictures, she said "I deleted all my originals for that night and there’s no way to get them back. The instagramised pics reflect the artistic endeavours of Myanmar’s youth, many of whom have created similarly-inspired graffiti on street walls."

We can deduce from this a few things. The photographer deleted her original images, so she had to recreate some new ones based off of what she saw in Myanmar. This is just pure spec so I could be wrong, but I believe that this pic is of SF, but it just reminded her of Yangon. She is pictured with Phil, so there is no way that picture is in SF (how could he be); however, the other pictures might be of SF. However, the last picture I believe was taken in Yangon, as it "shows local children mingling with our press con at the event".

This is just my two cents, so I do believe that Myanmar was visited.

hopefully its fake but as you know that Myanmar is now on a political transition, after 5 decades of military rule there and during that brutal era in the history of Myanmar, tourism, foreign investments and international diplomacy are not too easy to get there and so much human rights violations.  We'll see if that country, Myanmar will become one of the most successful Asian nation in the future like in the countries of South Korea, Japan, Taiwan and Singapore, if the democratic transition will go well and the people of Myanmar will be united and more courage to themselves.

P.S.
no Philippines again for TAR 23 and to my gov't out there would you please fix our NAIA Terminal 1 already so that it won't be one of the worst airport in the world and TAR US will re-visit to our country, again since 2004. (:;)

Absolute match to San Francisco.  I'd say a long time ago too based on the two sizes of the ficus tree.

Perhaps the tweet and mentioning Myanmar,  were done with deception in mind to get anyone trying to follow them thinking they went to  Myanmar.
