I can't confirm the exact location for Sandy Bottom, but that's the closest match I've found.

Neobie:
From the spoiler team in Bali, this looks like the Kenanga Hotel in Ubud:

And the big hut in the caps:

Wonder if the Bali team (or others) can point out the Pit Stop to me on a map? I can't find the platform on Google Earth...

BuuYaa:
Indonesian right here :):)

I don't exactly live in Bali (oh boy the life cost in Bali is just pheeew... it'll blow your mind I'll say) but been there twice, recent one in 2010

it's not certainly a hotel in Ubud I think.
it's the monkey forest. people there visit it for vacation sometimes.  I had been there once, but it was like 6 pm and it was dawn already and we were only allowed in till 8 pm.
Monkeys are EVERYWHERE!!!!
and not like they have people to guide the monkey, they're just releasing the monkeys in the wild. People better be sure not to hold clue in there because the monkeys might as well swap it off their hands. Lots of people got their cellphones and jewelries stolen in there, by the MONKEYS! The guard in front gate usually warns us to NOT hold anything and better NOT bringing any kinds of BAGS inside. If they have to, make sure the bags are zipped tightly or hardly opened by the monkeys.

There's a picture of the front gate. i remembered taking picture there but idk where it is now.  :'( :'( :'(

and for the pit stop in Uluwatu, it was actually a temple called "Luhur Uluwatu"
the temple is located on the edge of a hill near Hindia Ocean
it was so windy there if it rains you'll get home very wet
I was there too in 2010. but I didn't remember seeing the platform for the pit stop
maybe it was specially prepared for The Amazing Race itself
or else it still wasn't been made when I was there.

I wonder why they went to Ubud first before going to Uluwatu. Uluwatu is much closer from the airport in Bali, and to get to Ubud is just... :iok the road is just awful. it will give you car sickness for sho...

hope i am right.
