Yesterday the Miss America Organization announced that the pageant will be returning to Atlantic City after an eight year absence and hosting from Las Vegas. They inked a three year deal with ABC to air and host from AC. The pageant will return to take place in September as they used to do before Las vegas. The current Miss America 2013, Mallory Hagan will have a short reign. She was just crowned last month and will only serve her duties for eight months instead of the typical full year of service. Details of the airdate and other information will be announced shortly. The state pageants will probably get pushed back a little in order to get all 53 representatives selected and prepped for the national pageant in September. Check back soon for more details!
