Topic: Rewatching season 3 and noticed headphones

Noticed Tramel was wearing a pair of headphones around his neck while he was grabbing the clue. I did some searching and saw Talicia said her most valuable item in her pack was her noise canceling headphones.

Did they allow walkmen or CD players in the super early seasons or did this team just bring headphones that weren't plugged into anything?



EDIT: Just noticed two other teams wearing headphones on the bus trip to Cancun in episode 2.

I remember Ron wore earphone in Unfinished Business to protect his ears from loud noises while painting Ganesha statue in India. I guess teams are allowed to bring such thing, but without the CD player or walkman
