HA!

Now I don't feel so stupid.  I tried all this stuff and got got to the same place.   :pull :pull :pull :pull

The mystery:  who are Cam & Winnie?

 :cmas5

Had a feeling you'd probably thought of all this!  Always amazing in itself how you folks are able to identify teams. I'm not so good with Twitter or FB, etc.  It'll be really interesting to see what the answer is to this mystery.

Final thoughts - Winona?  Camryn?

Cam & Winnie introduced themselves to the Ob/GYNs on the shuttle ride to LAX.

I heard it!

Chateau.  He was at LAX when the teams departed to Tahiti.

Maybe it's time to think about given first names for which "Winnie" or "Cam" are nicknames; or even last names. For example, "Winnie" was the nickname for Sir Winston Churchill, wartime prime minister of Great Britain during World War II; I've also seen "Winnie" used as a nickname for Winfred.
"Cam" could be a nickname for almost any name that begins with "Cam;" Cameron, Camwood, and others.
Since Chateau narrowed done that both of thee two are doctors, I think it's more likely we won't find them online only with their nicknames.

Just my $.02 worth of insight.

My point is that "Winnie" whether used for a male or a female, could still be a nickname.

Cam is also a Vietnamese female name...
CAM
GENDER: Feminine
USAGE: Vietnamese
Meaning & History
Means "orange (fruit)" in Vietnamese.

I wonder if Winnie and Cam don't want to be identified as "Asian" because they may be "Amerasian" - children of American Vietnam war veterans.

Not sure about age though - the last American soldiers left Vietnam in 1975 so that would make them late 30's.

Hi guys, I've been a silent reader for a while here.

But...I was just wondering...what are the odds of "Winnie and Cam" lying about their profession and Chateau mishearing "Cam's" name?

Because...I was following up on the "Pam" that some of you mentioned finding...

Looking at her Pinterest board, she seems to be an avid user of Pinterest, pinning nearly everyday, but she completely stopped pinning about 6 weeks ago and started pinning again this week. Coincidence?

Also another interesting thing on Pinterest...the last pin on her bucket list board is the Amazing Race logo and the caption "be on the amazing race...and win!!!"

I don't know if it's anything, but I'm just throwing it out here for you pros to consider.

I'm not too familiar with the rules and stuff here, so please edit if needed. :)

I was actually following her profile pretty closely...it jumped out at me right when i saw it.  i didnt follow thru bc i saw something about nbc so i figured it wasnt a match.  if they lied about their profession, it's bizarre that they would say something "higher up" than what they actually are.

maybe they r long lost sisters who were separated at birth and they have half a medallion each and one day they become friends and realise their halves of the medallion match up and they r actually related :o

Pam & Winnie it  is!

Sorry for my bad hearing/remembering!     :groan:

All you super snoops are right (esp you Kandace from your pm 12/8/12), you have the right Pam.  I couldn't look into all this until I got home from TARcon.  Her interest in dogs makes me worry that "dog" in French may not be her real last name though  :cmaslol

This looks just like our Racer:
