And I found this one from the Haseki station - close to the Grand Bazaar zone -, where we have a match on the poles.

Looks like these racers are on the Istanbul LRT Metro (light metro), probably (M1) going from airport.

Questions:
Where are Ryan and Abbie running from, and to?  What is Abbie carrying..and why? Is that a subway turnstile exit in the background? (some of this was discussed in the Intro and pre-season threads!)

This is interesting, it could be the detour or the 'typical' rob dance everytime he reached the pit stop and didn't get eliminated...

The door behind him sports the logo for Bangkok Airways, so a travel agency like Zouly mentioned or an airport office would both be reasonable guesses.

Those are seen farther along the street:  Alemdar Cd. @ Gulhane Park

If this is the right place then they are headed toward the Bath House about 500 yards away.

But I'm pretty sure looking on the edge of the architecture the lines and shape is pretty much the same, if it is... then he's not far from the entrance of the Grand Bazaar...

Remember the eggplant seller in leg-5? maybe teams need to get their clue from this simit seller as well somewhere near the entrance of the bazaar?

Just before the transition to the backdrop of "One Team Steals" at the new promo, they show chippendales and monster truckers, where both of them kinda smile and laugh a little?

and what did James and Abba said when they ride the taxi? is it "this race is taking the biblical proportion?" 

Biblical is the other meaning of holy book right? and maybe Abby was carrying a Biblical/Holy Book on the sightings that we had...?

Possibly.  Five of the 6 SB in the last 2 season where placed before the RB (the only exception was the yodelling in Germany, before the Detour).
