You are right about Wat Chanathikaram. However, my recollection is that the actual CBS telecast subscript said "Wat Chalong". Perhaps a reason for that is revealed in the Wikipedia entry for episode 5:

Chalong, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket Province (Wat Chanathikaram) >Roadblock (Reassemble the spirit house)<

Chalong is the area of Phuket where Wat Chanathikaram is found.

actually if you go the episode around 6:30 you can hear Phil himself saying the name of the temple, Wat Chanathikaram. But this is not the tread to discuss it.
