The first half is over at 554pm with the score tied. This could end tied, leading to overtime. Only the second half will tell.

I am ready to fearlessly forecast the beginning of the second half at 614pm, the end of the game with on OT at710pm and the beginning of 60 Minutes at 720pm (there were only 4 games played Saturday/Sunday so it should be quicker than last Sunday).

Right now there is 6:32 left in second half. The game is close so I anticipate many fouls at the end of the game. We still have the 8 minute mark TV timeout and the 4 minute mark TV time out. I anticipate the game will be over at 7:10pm assuming there is no overtime. There will be post game interviews so 60 minutes will probably start around 7:20pm.

There is 3:58 left in the game, they are now during the 4 minute mark TV timeout.

We're in overrun time now, and my guess is 6:15pm ET.  Will post when I hear from CBS.

On April 8 the Masters finale will provide overrun potential. Pray for no sudden death overtime.

CBS did send out a Eye-lert Friday afternoon confirming the possibility of an overrun of their coverage of the Masters Golf Tournament.

The good news is that the course is in great shape, the flowers and trees are in bloom like crazy so it ought to be a great visual in HD. :P

Yes there will be a delay. 4 golfers are still on hole 18 (the last hole) and there is a 90% chance of a playoff. Throw in the presentation of the green jacket and award ceremony, there will definitely be a delay!

There will be a playoff. Sudden death between two golfers, look for 30 to 60 minute delay.

Jimmer25 was half right. There will be a playoff between Watson and Oosterhuizen starting slightly after 7pm. Since CBS has all the "Butler cabin" nonsense, that will add about 15 minutes to actual length of the playoff. We don't know when that will be, but halving all the holes could result in no decision in about one hour when darkness sets in at Augusta (official sunset is 754pm).

Hopefully it'll end by 7:45, due to the celebration and not wanting to DVR too much unnecessary stuff.  OTOH, an 8:00 60 Minutes start is okay as well.

Funny how the Amazing Tweet said that TAR COULD be delayed. All of the 5 seasons that aired during the Masters since its Sunday move have been delayed.

So, it'll end when it ends, but this will be the last time TAR is delayed for the remainder of the season.

Typically, sudden deaths last around 1 to 3 holes until someone wins, so I will still stand on my estimate.

Actually, CBS hosts PGA Tour Golf on 4/15, 4/22, 4/29, and 5/6 (which is the two hour finale, I think), and 4/15 and 5/6 are played in the east coast, (South and North Carolina, respectively). TAR will still possibly be delayed in the future.

Anyway, looks like CBS might push things to 8 to be simple here.

The sudden death playoff is over. It should be 20 minutes before 60 Minutes will start, so I am calling it at 755pm start time, with 855pm for Amazing Race 20.
