For the combination of waterfalls and rivers with elephant riding around Bangkok I think Khaoyai National Park is the best bet.
Physics alone is not enough.

Those who forget history are sure to repeat it.

elephant washing? As far as I remember they had to decorate the elephants. Not wash them.

I don't see how washing elephants could be a "dream excursion" Maybe it's a detour? Wash elephants or ride elephants?

There's a lot of stuff in that promo. Washing elephants is the twins' Speed Bump? And I'm also amazed as to how much the promos focus on Amani and Marcus.

This must be the roadblock but what is it? A bird house?

I'm inclined to believe that because we only see the twins doing it, their speed bump is to wash the elephant either before or after all teams have to ride them.

...Andy and Tommy made something like what the past teams in a detour leg of Season 9 in Bangkok... Decorate and Create a miniature Shrine for Buddha... And it seems it is different... I think it could be creating and decorating a miniature buddhist temple...  or a switchback or something...

...In season 14, Jodi and Christy performed a speed bump to decorate an elephant with colored paint in the upcoming festival for the satisfaction of a mahoud in Jaipur, India leg... :)

... Oh my, the elephant leg is my favourite... i just miss the elephant leg in Chiang mai...

If it's not a rhetorical question, then that's the Marble Temple.

If it is, then  :wohoo: at them re-using such a gorgeous location.

I don't think it is. Its much too small to be the Marble Temple and a visual comparison doesn't quite match up.

No...look at the columns down the sides. It is very different from the one with just windows. I looked at a lot of temples yesterday and could not spot this one.

I agree...NOT wat benchamabophit.

This is definitely in Bangkok, the green and yellow taxis are a dead giveaway. Arriving from the South, buses stop at the Sai Tai Mai bus station in the West of the city, while buses to Khao Yai would depart from the bus station in the North, so we may be seeing an attempt to get from one to the other here..

Umm how about this one?

This is Pathum Wanaram Temple

It looks similar, but the one we're looking for has a lot more greenery around it and is raised from the ground slightly.

No...y'all need to look closer. This is a small slim building.

The columns are round and somewhat more delicate...not squared.

There are three on each side of the door.

You can see another temple in the background. There is a red roofed building to the side.

Keep looking, but use your skills to rule out the majority...

Also, note the seemingly much larger landmark in the background of this shot here:

I am pretty sure elephant washing was in TAR 2, leg 6.
Sorry, Paldog. AR2, ep. 6 was the DETOUR "Beast" involving a ride on an elephant, which no team elected. There was no washing stated in the explanation of what "Beast" entailed.
