That was...unexpected. It's a bad week for sibling teams. I wonder why the doctors didn't use their Express Pass to skip the luck pass.

That was a great episode!! I love the shuffle in the teams' placements. & a great threeway footrace as well. Poor Andre/Nico, though. They were doing so well when he managed to catch up in the ball challenge.

I was going to ask exactly the same thing
"I don't drink. But when i do , i become another person. And that one , drinks a lot."

So I might heard wrong, but did Demi said he has a 3 year old son when they were placing bets on the roulette table?

Yes you are right  :ascared... i didn't notice that.

One thing that shocked me a little bit was that big flag in the platform that said with giant letters "THE AMAZING RACE"... did they really think nobody was going to notice that?  :groan:

Sadly I don't think the producers of this edition care whether or not people notice, since they don't sequester the eliminated racers & we can easily find out who has gone home by their facebook/twitter activities.  :(

On TARLA they have never keep eliminated teams, they always go home as soon as they're out of the race. The biggest mistake was to make a press conference in Argentina before the show taping began, there were pictures of all contestants all over the net so we could identify them.

 :groan:

It's as if the producers don't think people would bother to connect dots.
They shouldn't advertise the teams before taping begins, they shouldn't put giant banners with the show's name in plain sight during the race, they should get the teams to sign a confidentiality agreement to not reveal the outcome literally or by starting to be active again in social media (I'm guessing they never sequester the racers because of budgetary issues, but an agreement doesn't cost them anything).

I really like this version of the Amazing Race, but I'm stunned by how much the producers blatantly advertised that they were filming the Amazing Race while they were filming :ascared. In the U.S. the fact that the race had started was literally on twitter within an hour and actually saved a team from elimination.

OK i have to say this but the penalty for the speeding was the weirdest penalty ever.... we have a 15 minutes penalty in Antofagasta and now we have 1 HOUR PENALTY... are you fu... kiding me????  :groan: and for 3 TEAMS and we only see one of them speeding.

This is just not right.

Yeah!!! it was so weird!... it looked like they wanted to save Toya & Juan, but they lost their fanny pack and production couldn't help them anymore  :lol3:... anyways it is cool that the positions moved a little bit.... also i think Cristóbal & Nicolás should have been penalised, as they were shown speeding too  :duno:

From the preview, i'm pretty sure one team will leave next week and since we know that the argentinians and chileans are in the finale, i would say Rick & Kathy were eliminated in Salvador  :'(. Also i hope the twins wins next leg too, i don't want Alejandro & Felipe to be the team that has won more legs in the Latin American version with 5 legs. If the twins win next leg, and then the finale... they would be tied, and i don't care about the first part of Leg 12, as i don't consider it a real leg.  :js:

And the speedbum  :groan:..that has to be the most ridiculous speedbump in any version of TAR, it was so obvius the producers wanted Toya and Juan to stay, they are the stunt cast.
In facebook Kathy and Rick said they didn't go over the speed limit and that their penalty was unfair. Maybe they used the penalty for Alajandro and Felipe for the other two teams to save Toya but it was so fake because we passed from 15 minutes to 1 hour. If that was the penalty in the Antofagasta leg Toya and Juan would have been eliminated instead Jose & Marisol.
I bet my life there is an equalizer the next leg.

Well most of the Speed Bumps this season have been really ridiculous... but yeah, it shocked me when i heard 1 hour penalty, there is a huge difference between 15 minutes and 1 hour... Well, we all know that the Latin American version had this kind of benefits for some teams in the past...
