True. It was due to visa problems. His American or New Zealand visa (I've forgotten which one) didn't work in Ukraine, so Phil was detained by the police. Finally American Embassy saved him, and Phil successfully made it to be at the pistop prior to the first team arriving.

To add it was actually the American Ambassador who was a huge fan of the show who made the save. :tup:

From what I could see, the taxis had 3 rows of seats. Perhaps they sat in the middle row.
