I hope you're right. There's parts of Australia I'd love to see on the Race for the first time (Tasmania for instance) because taking a bunch of (for the most part) experienced travelers and Racers and throwing them in a major English-speaking city on their first leg is kind of... underwhelming, unless you come up with truly killer tasks. It's just not as big of a shock to their systems as other destinations in the area could be. I loved the All Stars Season up until the conclusion, it would have been one of my favorite seasons ever if it weren't for the dismal winners, mostly because of its the destinations. Mauritius! Madagascar! Back to back! Whoa! So fingers crossed if none of the South Pacific nations make it this time around they at least go to the Maldives.
Doh. I was editing that before you posted, but let it be publicly known that I'm dumb. I have those episodes running in the background as I'm typing right now. Poland! I still think they should go back. Mostly because I'm there in December and I have a faint hope of stalking.

Ya Poland!
*OFF TOPIC*since there are few f/f teams, i think that a f/f team won TAR17
I know we are just speculating, but guys we have no clue where the first destination is. Australia would logically make sense, but our fantasy routes usually don't happen. We have to keep all possibilities open, and not just come to a conclusion that its Australia.
Any sightings in the Sydney area would be starting about 8 AM Sydney time, 4 PM EST. So Sydney friends, keep an eye out all day Sunday!!
QF 12 10:25pm-8:00 amQF 108 11:50pm- 9:25 amAre these the two flights? The first had to stop in Honolulu for some technical reason...

I do think that there will be 2 legs in Australia, and a leg really close to Australia, (ie Indonesia or New Zealand), take season 13, 14, 15, 16 into example.
