Hey, cool!  I'm always fascinated with the reasons start learning Japanese.  I know the #1 reason (heh heh), but just curious - what's yours? (unless you are a native speaker)

I can speak English, Australian Slang, Greek Accent and Greek.

Greek Accent is different to English because Greeks who do not know how to speak English to a point where they can have a conversation can (mysteriously) understand it! I speak from experience.

I am Filipino, I can speak English and Tagalog. Well, Tagalog is my first language speaking at the home country. I also can speak other languages (e.g. French, Spanish) little.

One of my friends can speak English, Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese and a little Korean. Of course he can speak Chinese as his mother tongue.

But the problem is.................... He doesn't watch TAR.

I'm from Malaysia, so I can help with Malay, as well as the colloquial slang and expressions. :)
