And besides the bizzare Speedbump we didn't see, what about the penalties?? Shouldn't teams receive additional minutes they gained for taking a cab and not walking as well? I remembered that happened for all the past seasons so far.

It's usually a 30 minutes penalty + time gained from taking cab/driving. Right?
