Thanks Captain Joe.  That is so cool to hear!  And let me say that Gloucester looks gorgeous and may be the most scenic starting point ever on the race.

About Stonehenge, there is good reason to believe that this is a valid location so the question is, where did they go from there.

Wonderful job with Joey everyone!!! Thanks to the whole team who spotted him as a hoax early on, especially Neobie, Rich, Caelestor and all the rest of you who PM'd me with your concerns.  I am REALLY proud of you all!!

But sad that one of our own would go to such lengths to deceive us :( , and kinda sad at losing some of those locations

As TexasLady said, we had him by afternoon yesterday, but were waiting for him to hang himself, as he did. Do y'all know how hard it was for me to stay quiet and not blast him to kingdom come??:lol3:

And a special HUGE :thankyou: to TexasLady who was left with the massive clean up today!! Not any fun for her, so y'all be nice and don't make her move anything else today!! Love you!! :kuss:

Piere harvey- teams in Luxembourg.

I have my doubts, but I'm definitely open to the idea of a Luxembourg leg!

Though if I was planning the race, I'd go to Belgium first and avoid air flights as much as possible in Europe.

I will answer this once. We gave him a chance to prove himself. He failed.

If this one's finally a LEGIT sighting, it'd be a first, right?  The show's never gone to Luxembourg before, has it?

I'm kind of suspicious about this one...Why would he join that site, and then go right to posting that??

I'm kind of suspicious about this one...

We are all feeling a bit suspicious today I am sure! But I believe "in the kindness of strangers" so let's use our Detective skills to put this to the test. Given an approprimate guessed Pitstart time....see if the teams can get there in time? Flights, trains, start exploring that location and search for other mentions in blogs or new photo uploads.

But guys...once we have the tweet...you should go to spec to discuss it. If it is confirmed, add it to destinations and discuss there, okay?/

Luxembourg, finally?  Maybe they flew from London to Luxembourg.  Luxembourg has its own major airport with flights around Europe.  British Airways, Air France (operated by CityJet), and Luxair has flights to London-Gatwick Airport and London-City Airport.  I think they flew from Gatwick to Luxembourg since Heathrow Airport doesn't have flights there.  If they went to Brighton, its directly south of Gatwick Airport.

Kockelscheuer listed in that posted link, is south of the City of Luxembourg.  It has a Sports Arena where the BGL Luxembourg Open took place.

^^ Please, if you are not posting a live sighting, take it to spec. Thanks!

I'm trying to see if this tweet means anything...hopefully I'll get a response:

en el aeropuerto, siendo atropellada por los de amazing race.
about 1 hour ago via mobile web

roughly translated:  at the airport, being run over by Amazing Race.
