Well, it was easier to ask you than to do the research myself.

It seems they have a haul a machine--copra grinder, perhaps?--in addition to the coconuts. Brent/Caite seem to have forgotten theirs, resulting in a return trip: you can see water on their right (heading south). I don't see a machine with the detectives (the cowboys maybe), but that might be due to the camera angle. Pension Michel is a bit of a puzzle since it's not on the coast road; maybe production routed the teams around for...another stop? traffic? local request?

^^ I think that's a backpack, Slowhatch.  Brent & Caite are wearing their backpacks, and the Cowbooys and Detectives have theirs on top of their coconut loads.  Brandy is seen holding hers, I think getting ready to load it on top.

Slowhatch was pointing to something in the cart, in front of Carol.

I was pointing out both of them. Copra machine is just a guess, I don't know what it is. The loading spot seems to match the Union Estate mentioned by Boingo (flat grassy area dotted with palms). It's also spitting distance from the helipad, so it might be the first task(s). The La Passe jetty seems to be the dropoff; how the turtle task winds up there (if it does) is a mystery. Also, the spot where they read their ocean clue (treasure map, whatever it is) might not be the same place they started from.

I wonder could the x-like mark represent helicoptor blades - ala maybe they have to return to helicopters and use map to find an anonymous island "anonyme" (pit stop) from the air??? Then you have Allie frantically searching for her bags...

Its possible,

if you look at this picture - I would say they look like they are drying off from being wet.

Wondering if they will be assigned plane tickets to/from Seychelles that they are "under no obligation" to use, similar to the Mauritius/Madagascar legs in TAR10. With such limited flight options, I would think TPTB wouldn't want to risk someone not getting tix.

wodnen, if you have looked ay my flight possibilities posted weeks ago, you will discover that the top two possiblities arrive only 20 minutes apart although they depart from Paris hours apart. It is unlikely that they would be the "safety valve." However, you may be right about the third flight, which arrives 6 hours later.

Nice RI the brothers have there on the boat. I think they're on their way to the RB, because I'd like to think that they wouldn't be asking how to pronounce Seychelles after they've done a RB there but with this group, I dunno.  :groan:

Brett/Caite are near a flagged pavilion or something (:31 in) in the Seychelles (wearing long sleeves? and I think the same clothing as they depart from the Pit Stop with?)

I have actually been pretty impressed by how the remaining AR16 racers can almost pronounce Seychelles correctly. Of course it is a French word, so the first "e" is pronounced as the letter "a"particularly Dan/Jordan. Here are two official pronunciations:

Sey·chelles   audio  (sa -shel, -shelz) with the "e" having a bowl-shaped notation over it (upside down circumflex) and means extra-short and the a having a hoizontal bar over it, which means equivalent to the "a" sound in day, pain, whey or rein.

Looks like an outside bar maybe? Is that a TV screen??

Caite looks a bit befuddled.... Like oh no not again...

Maybe they aren't allowed to check in...again
The story so far:
In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move

I was wondering if this could be the Pitstop...but there is a flag there...and somehow it doesn't seem scenic enough. So maybe it is where they get another clue? :duno:
