Top 8 Girls Performance Discussion
« on: March 10, 2010, 09:39:37 AM »
It was kinda a strange night for me, with the ones who have not been performing suddenly doing well tonight, and those who have lots of potential just crumbling.

My favourite of the night was Crystal's performance. She's definitely the one to beat now. Loved Didi's, Lily's, Lacey's and Siobahn's performances as well.

I'm hoping that it's Paige and Katelyn who leave but I just get a feeling that Paige and Katie will be leaving. Which is a great pity, both of them have got lots of potential, they've got amazing voices! Ah... I don't know, but Paige reminds me a lot of Lil Rounds from last season. Great voice, but never ever choosing the correct song. I really really like Katie, and I just hope America gives her another shot! Geez.

It was a strange night. I thought Katie Stevens did OK; she didn't pick a good song. Simon punctured her balloon with his 'You kinda sucked the air out of it' comment.

My thought about who is going home, Paige Miles who got negative comments from Randy, Ellen and Kara and the KOD from Simon. She started off great but I think her nerves got to her and she went off key and shaky. I also think Katelyn will leave, it could also be Katy Stevens, but she's probably safe and I hope she is.

Crystal is the real deal, I agree, she's the one to beat.

OOPS, Lilly's video above was from last week but since this was her last performance I'll leave last week's video and post this week's performance. What a shame that she didn't get to go farther.  :'(
