Phil: Joe/Heidi, you're Team #2. Carol/Brandy, you're Team #3.
They all hug.

One by one, teams gather ingredients for the kuchen.

Louie/Michael are driving lost.
Dan/Jordan arrive at the kuchen challenge, finally.
Lots of jokes about milking the cow.  None funny, though.

Phil: Brent/Caite, you're Team #4.
Caite conf: I AM AN INTELLIGENT PERSON!  I wish they'd all stop making fun of me!

Jody/Shannon arrive last at the kuchen challenge, as Dan/Jordan leave.
But the cops are still lost, now asking for directions.
Guess who else is lost?  JORDEFF!  They run into the cops, asking for directions.
Cop: "We went right ____ing by it!"

COMMERCIAL.

If only Jejo were lost a little bit longer
The story so far:
In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move

Louie/Michael get back in the car and drive hurriedly.
Monique/Shawne didn't get lost, though.

Phil: Monique/Shawne, you're Team #5.
Phil: Jordan/Jeff, you're Team #6.

Louie/Michael find their way to the kuchen challenge, FINALLY.
Down goes a cop!  Flat on his backside!  Slipped on some spilled egg or summat.
Granny is milking the nice little cow until it kicks the crap out of her, right in the kisser!
Milk, everywhere.

Phil: Steve/Allie, you're Team #7.

Granny speaks awfully nicely to the cow that just tried to kick out her molar.
The cop milks faster, though.
The race is on.

Phil: Dan/Jordan, you're Team #8.

Louie/Michael finish kuchen ingredients and drive off in a hurry.
Granny finishes shortly thereafter.
They take their pieces of kuchen and drive off.

Jody drives.
Taller cop drives.
Granny gives directions.
Both teams get out and hoof it.

Phil: Louie/Michael, you're the 9th team to arrive.

Phil: Jody/Shannon, you're the last team to arrive.  Sorry to tell you, you have been eliminated from the Race.
Conf: I'm so proud of my grandmother.
Granny: I can do physical things, and I'mma keep on doing them!
Conf: Where's the next great adventure?
Granny: I'll go anywhere with you.
They hug.

NEXT TIME ON .. THE AMAZING RACE:

Phil: Carol/Brandy interrogate the Cowboys about their success (on the last leg)
Cowboy: I wasn't getting warm fuzzies (or summat).

Phil:  ... and later, the dating couple goes at each other's throats.
One, driving in the countryside: I can't drive with you yelling at me (or summat)
Other, later, in a field: Well that was  nice temper tantrum!

Agreed. Personally I'm hoping their placings end up as a precise copy of Debbie & Bianca. :snicker:

It's the first-half-of-the-season curse, they had to make space for the more "interesting" teams, getting-lost drama and animal fun

Yeah, but when that happens to a team that falls out early it's just horrid. I think we'll see more of Steve & Allie soon enough.

And two of my three starting favorites are out. It can't possibly get any worse, could it? Maybe I'll have to start watching without calling any teams my favorites at all. Fortunately there is a lot of hope in the future for my remaining favorite. :yess:

Oh, I don't hate them (well their handlebars creep me the hell out), but I would have loved to see the old lady beat them.

The cowboys did great tonight. They are a stonger team than I thought they would be.
