Just throwing this out here, but the 2009 Wrangler National Finals are December 3-12, and Tim Abbott and Bobby Boys are not on the list for team roping (and they are ranked in the top 20 in the world).

Hey guys! Someone just sent me this link...and oh, who did I see but my ex boyfriend. I thought it was pretty interesting, Brent and I dated for 6 years (gag!!). I am not going to say much b/c I'm afraid I don't have many nice things to say about him, and I don't want to look like the bad guy! I know this is a spoiler thread and not a bashing thread. I just thought y'all would find this interesting! Hope all is well!

I saw that they were missing the National Finals Rodeo which is basically the Super Bowl of Rodeo and thought it a bit odd, but I didn't think they had been a top team from what little I saw in my searching (I can barely find any references to Bobby Boyd). Anyway, wikipedia says that only the Top 15 teams on the money winning list go to the National Finals Rodeo. The list I found from a few weeks ago has Tim Abbott as the 16th and Bobby Boyd 17th in points so neither would qualify for the finals. In money winnings, neither was in the top 20.

Sheesh, I live in a big rodeo town (Pendleton OR), but having no interest in rodeo, I don't have any contacts I could ask about them. Maybe I'll think of someone.

Yeah, I counted the teams and saw there were only 15. But I did see them in the top 20 for standings.

This Bobby Boyd guy is super hard to find pictures of!!

And scratch the past tense, I'm not sure still. It could be the competition February 17-18, 2010. But the site said her 'Racer Type' is 'Sprinter', so TAR could be practice for her to win the M3 Competition (IF she is that person).

And I read her story from the previous article, what a hard life she had. And now she plans to make the first Eco Friendly Airport Spa.

The frat guy with the navy blue & gold shorts...can anyone tell what the logo is on his shorts? It looks like a large "S" but I can't match those colors and that logo with any school or pro team.

Discussed upstream...I think it is more of a royal blue, and that it could be UCSB, but not sure anyone else thought that worked.
